Boutique and splendid hotel which ticked all the boxes for style, dining and discreet staff who were very attentive. The apartment had an excellent private garden and jacuzzi. Well managed and pretty gardens surrounded the white buildings giving a very Greek atmosphere.

Amazing hotel. The staff went above and beyond for anything you need. Always very polite and welcoming. Breakfast is out of this world with a lot of choices. Fresh omlettes, poached/fried egg/pancakes/crepes/fruit and much more About a 5-7 minute walk to the closest shop for water and snacks. 10-15 minutes to the beach and same for the harbour/town, Or €6 in a taxi. Rooms and around the pool is spotless. The food is really nice but it is quite expensive and so are the drinks. The pool is very relaxing and the beds are very comfy and there is plenty for everyone The only downfall is that the pool was full of bugs all of the time and could do with someone going around with a net in the mornings. Overall a really nice hotel and i would 100% go back.

Stunning hotel with exceptional staff. Everything was perfect. Every meal was first class. The sunset views every evening were stunning. We had the best massage ever in the hotel spa. Plenty of comfortable sun loungers around the pool so there was never an issue getting one. Staff went over and above to make the staff as relaxing as possible. The hotel is about a 15 to 20 minute easy walk on paved footpath into the centre of Kos town. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is amazing, classy and luxurious with incredible levels of cleanliness that even the concrete gets mopped. The welcome lived up to the expectation of the grand entrance with a large lounge area. Facilities were incredible, the snack bar was a personal hit offering fresh crepes and much more. The restaurant has a fair variety for all and the seating area allows you to sit inside in the shade or be amongst one of the hotels many breathtaking water features. And finally the entertainment- Dominika and her team do a fantastic job at offering enjoyable activities throughout the day and on evenings the entertainment was just as good with the mini disco for the children followed by a well planned and enjoyable evening show/event. I would highly recommend to anyone whether it’s a couple or a family this hotel has it all.

First of all, the hotel is worth recommending. At the start I was greeted by a very nice receptionist (I think her name is Poppy), who explained the rules of the hotel. The room was not very large, but everything could easily fit into it. It was clean, had a balcony, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle and hair dryer. The facility itself very well maintained, a beautiful garden where you could walk around. There were always free sun beds by the pool. In the bar works irreplaceable Sylwie, who with her smile immediately improved the mood. The food was excellent. Huge choice (except for breakfast, which was practically the same every day), and every day dinner in a different theme (Greek of course the best!). There was never any shortage of anything. Of course we can't forget to mention the wonderful cleaning lady Liljan, who changed our towels every day and made all sorts of things out of them (crocodile, mouse, funny characters) using flower petals and leaves. Great service and highly recommended! As for the downside, the only one she finds is that there is no lifeguard by the pool.

Our fully renovated family hotel in 2020 has modern comfortable suites overlooking the port of Kos. Our accommodation also has an elevator which is available for all floors and also serves our disabled guests. Shops, buses, taxis, restaurants and clubs are all within a 50 meter walk in addition to the spectacular Kos beaches only 100 meters away.
Needed a late check-in as arrived on Ferry at 1am. Was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the much needed power shower. Had time to kill before my bus so was able to leave my overnight bag and have a wander around Kos.

smartline Cosmopolitan Kos is on the outer fringes of Kos Town in Greece, a short stroll from Lambi beach. This low-rise, apartment-style hotel has been renovated to give it a fresh look and a contemporary feel. The exterior is whitewashed in a traditional Mediterranean way. Inside, you'll see white walls, tiled floors and splashes of bold colour. The hotel is bright and airy, thanks to a number of open-air bar and restaurant spaces, as well as some landscaped communal areas. Once you've soaked up some sunshine by the outdoor pool, you could find a shady spot on the terrace and cool down with a drink from the bar. The hotel also has a small garden area you can wander through, and it's a short walk down to the beach if you'd rather cool off in the sea. The restaurant at smartline Cosmopolitan Kos provides Greek and international food, with a wide selection of local seafood dishes prepared to order. At the pool bar, the snack menu should help tide you over in between meals during the day. This is a family-friendly hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. You can enjoy the spa, with its sauna and Turkish bath, and you can book a treatment. The kids can play in the children's pool, or head to the nearby beach where they can build sandcastles and splash in the waves. If you fancy some evening entertainment, you might like to enjoy the lively nightlife scene on offer in Kos' resort centre.
We were a family of 5 ranging from age 11 to 70 and stayed at this fantastic hotel for 2 weeks. We really enjoyed our stay. It suited us all. On arrival we were allocated 2 beautiful garden view rooms next to each other on the 1st floor overlooking the mountains and the adjacent hotel. We arrived late at night and were served food and drinks in the dining room which was very welcome after a long day traveling. The rooms are large, even with a 3rd bed. There is a fridge, kettle and effective air con. All very welcome. There is more storage space than I have ever had in a hotel room which was great. No living out of a suitcase. The bathrooms are quite small but we managed with 2 adults and a teenager. The shower was always hot and powerful. The pool area is a really lovely place to spend time. The sun beds were super comfortable and we never had a problem getting a bed regardless of the time of day. The pool bar supplies lovely drinks and food all served up by Tony and Alison who are great fun and very hospitable. Tony always had a chat with us and made us laugh every day. There are also free pool towels for guests by the pool. The restaurant at the hotel is really nice with an indoor area and a huge patio. We always chose to eat outside. The waiting staff in the restaurant were incredibly efficient and friendly. We found Tanya and Maria to be very attentive and they really made us feel at home. We enjoyed chatting with them every mealtime. The food was possibly the only downside as the selection wasn't always to our tastes. The food however is always hot, fresh and well prepared. Food is so subjective and the hotel really do try to accommodate everyone's tastes. The Bbq nights were our favourites. There was always pasta and sauce for nights when we struggled but we did also eat out a few times at the many excellent local tavernas in Lambi and Kos Town. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area but everything is easily accessed in walking distance. A number or bars, tavernas, supermarkets and the beach are minutes walk. There are also numerous bike, car and jeep hire places along the road to Kos. There is a bus stop directly outside of the hotel with busses into Kos Town for less than 2 euros taking only 5 minutes. The walk is totally flat and takes approx 20 mins. By the time we left the staff here felt like friends. Thank you so much Hotel Cosmopolitan for making our first trip to Kos so special.
