Comfortable stay
Reviewed By Diane TThis hotel is in a good location. We were able to walk to Montana's for supper. The front desk staff were very friendly and notified the maintenance person immediately to fix an issue with the outside door lock. Room was clean and continental breakfast had a good selection.

Great Work Stay
Reviewed By Sara WI frequently travel for work and have stayed at the worst of the worst to the best of the best, and this was one of the great experiences despite some issues. I believe the hotel has recently been renovated, so perhaps some of the negative reviews were before that. The first room I checked into had a heat issue, they immediately switched me rooms with no hesitation, the host at the front desk with shorter hair (can't remember the name, apologies), is so polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, the kitchen is stocked and very handy with the appliances, and the bed/pillows were incredibly comfortable. The only issues I had were with the water pressure in the shower (very low) and the doors slamming constantly (no way to softly close). The location is a bit outside of the "town" but right off the highway, so still walkable to many locations like Walmart and restaurants. Very handy with the Montana's right next door. This will be our standard hotel when working in the area for sure.

Reviewed By lynnmX1819SXThe lady at the front desk (concierge) was super friendly very helpful of all the questions I had regarding Kindersley, SK. She even offer to let the children play on the computer in the front lobby while we were waiting on our taxi. This place made us feel like we were family and went out of their way to help me with anything I needed. Example is that I forgot my phone charging cord and the very nice lady at the front desk loan me her own personal charging device. There is absolutely not enough nice things I could say about this place. Definitely recommend your family to book and stay here when your in Kindersley.

Reviewed By malcolmh20Rooms was tiny. I did not find breakfast appetizing & there was no selection. The room ranking is not terrible because the room was clean and only for that reason. Very disappointing for a Travel Lodge.

Restaurant food was very tasty with large portions, beer list sparse, but if you like Bud, Miller type beers that what you get. We asked if they had bottled beer and the waitress said that they had a very extensive selection, BUT there was no Craft Beers.

Just off the main road(#7) and walking distance to many restaurants, the Centennial Motel, has 32 economical and attractive rooms. Each room has a direct access door,cozy beds, hard wood or carpet floor,a big LED TV, and decent appliances. It is the most cost-effective motel in Kindersley. Best rate, Cozy, Clean !!!

Reviewed By VinelandersWe stayed here for a night and found it to be a decent room for a reasonable rate. The room was renovated and had modern decor, including a small kitchenette. The bathroom had a very good shower and tub. The sink was a little short on shelf space. The room was a bit cramped for two people, as one side of the bed was against the wall, making it difficult for getting in and out of bed, and the tv was awkwardly placed by the window. There was a table and chair on the open side of the bed. Maybe a room with two beds would be better. Good for a short stay; clean and quiet. The manager was friendly and very helpful with directions for getting to places around town. There is a fair amount of space outside on the property, but no chairs or benches to sit on outside; on a nice evening, this would be a great addition.

Reviewed By Colleen FWe spent a weekend at this hotel to attend a Celebration of Life and visit with family. The hotel, including our room, was very clean and spacious. It was more than we anticipated when booking in this small town. The breakfast was okay. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The Wifi worked well. We needed an extra half-day and the hotel staff accommodated this without question. We would definitely stay here again.

Disappointing this time around
Reviewed By SamtheBellhopI have stayed at this motel several times in the past and it was fine. This time however, I was disappointed. It was very cold outside and apparently the heating system is inadequate. I had the in room thermostat turned up as high as it would go, but almost no heat was coming out of the radiator. There is no fan, only radiant heat. I had to sit in the room with my winter coat on, and also needed it on top of the bed covers for sleeping as well. Needles to say,getting out of bed in the morning was not fun! I mentioned to the front desk clerk (who had that "I couldn't care less" attitude) that there was no heat, but all he said was that the heating system couldn't keep up, and then proceeded to charge me full price for the room. I will not be staying at this property the next time I'm in Kindersley.

H&G Motel is located in Kindersley. The property provides a 24-hour front desk. At H&G Motel every room comes with flat-screen, cable, WiFi, coffee, microwave, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. We have BBQs and a fire pit for the guests to use if they wish. We working on a kitchen if they would like to cook a meal. We also have chairs outside so they can enjoy the summer sun. We are the friendliest Motel in town. With outstanding reviews, we are here to make your stay with us the best.
New management room for improvement
Reviewed By genuine_melodyI booked last week and called to confirm arrival the day of. I had stayed here in March as well. The manager from March is no longer here. Unfortunately my phone charger left behind in March was not retained in lost n found. The new employee is friendly, however I discovered there was only one thin bath towel in the room. I requested another one. Towels here are not hotel towels. They’re old towels from someone’s home. Old, small and thin. There is no mattress protector on bed. Thin sheet on top of mattress. No pillow protectors either. I realize it’s a budget hotel but the protectors should be mandatory in a motel. I realized around 10 pm there was no toilet paper. Not even a used roll on holder. Empty. No extra toilet paper in vanity. I went to office, it was locked. Called the hotel # and got voicemail. Left message requesting toilet paper. Just before 8 am, I went to office to get toilet paper and sugar (no sugar at all in room, several packets of whitener). Office locked so I called the manager # posted on the door. That call was answered and one roll of toilet paper and a handful of coffee condiments was delivered. There were only 4 packets of sugar and more whitener. I made 2 pots of coffee and use 2 packets of sugar per cup. My remaining coffee went unsweetened. I returned to the office at 10 am to ask for sugar again. The door was unlocked and there were several 20$ bills on the upper part of desk. No one around and I rang the bell. No one arrived while I was there. All in all, clean and no charge for pets; however, did not provide the basics for a stay and lots of room for improvement.
