Reviewed By lamyaabRadisson Blue Hotel, Kayseri City, the location is excellent, adjacent to the Kayseri complex, this is my first visit to the hotel, 7 minutes walk to visit the castle and visit Kayseri Museum and many of the ancient monuments of Kayseri, you can visit the old roofed folk market, and also the carpet market. The hotel is beautiful and modern. The reception is excellent and fast. You find all the staff working quietly and everyone is very welcoming and hospitable. The rooms are of good size and appropriate. The room’s decor and blue colors give psychological comfort to the traveler, very cleanliness, and their system of room service is nice. They call the rooms and ask if I need any service to provide them to me. . I used the lounge on the last floor. It is possible to sit on the terrace overlooking the Args of Mount and looking at the landscapes of Kayseri, and ask for what you want from a fast and wonderful service. They have a swimming pool with water temperature of 27, tidy and clean, spa service and massage for body and skin care. In my opinion, the general manager and the way the hotel is managed is a successful and intelligent manager, due to the way he deals with and manages the employees, and for this you find all the employees working quietly, actively and in a distinguished style. I thank Mr. General Manager, and I thank the distinguished staff, Mrs. Mariam, Mr. Ahmed, and Mr. Fikret, as well as all the hotel staff for working on my comfort and enjoyment throughout my stay with them. I thank the people of Kayseri for the hospitality

My next ibis Alsancak Izmir booked through reception Ummek’s phone as I tried with my mobile all in Turkish language as well the computer from Novotel can’t access the site. FnB staff Dilek very accommodating even we find it a bit challenging to communicate on what I would like to eat for dinner. Breakfast variety are good just to have more option for Vegetarian would be nice especially the egg always I found not suitable for Vegetarian. Taxi from Kayseri Airport cost around ₺50-55 depending however for ibis Kayseri to Airport shouldn’t be more than ₺50 even and make sure to get metered taxi.

We saw some foods under the sofa when the house keeper open it for my son. That is not something usual for Novotel. I hope it is for just once. Additional to this, The room temperature was too high even we kept the AC off. Because the season, the cold mode of AC was not functional. It was about 27 celsius degree, I measured it with my watch. We had to open the windows while it was raining outside. We got sick after all.

Convenient hotel close to the airport
Reviewed By Global_traveller2000We chose this hotel as we had a very early morning flight from Kayseri airport. The hotel is closely located to the airport, about 8 mins and $4 for taxi. It was very busy when we checked in, but reception is fully organized. We got upgraded to an executive room with wonderful views of the mountains. As we didn’t have time for dinner, we decided to order room service and were very pleasantly surprised by the food quality and fair prices from Big Chefs. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a good dinner. They also served nice Starbucks latte at the lobby. A small nitch- the rain shower was not working properly in our room. Else we really appreciate the accommodating staff and felt really refreshed before our 4am flight.

The staff was extremely helpful in assisting us with our onward travel and they even picked us from the train station at 2:30 am.

Good Hotel with Great Staff
Reviewed By mk0lsuzIt's a nice hotel. Very friendly and polite staff. Especially the one who are attendant in ski rooms, restaurant, bars and fireplace. Special thanks for Siabent and Mehmet Ali from the restaurant service team and Mr. Ahmet from the ski room attendant near the slopes. They were very kind, helpful and respectful. I expect more about food quality and presentation. Some of the choices were cold and not very tasty. But overall it was a good and relaxing holiday.

Reviewed By razvanz2022I have been accommodated for 7 nights in a double room in the hotel for a ski trip in Mt. Erciyes. The rooms were very clean and cozy, personell was nice and helpful in organizing the ski pass and balloon flight in Capadoccia. The upper Restaurant at the 9-th floor has excellent local food and drinks, also the terasse offers a nice view around the city hills and Mt. Erciyes. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a Premium place to accommodate in Kayseri

Reviewed By ayselllaysani found so many things around here specially the beautiful colorful garden with a lot of pink and red roses and so many kinds of plants in the yard that has the exciting scenery looks excellent and i enjoyed that so much because i recommended to the tourists to come and visit here and experience such a good time with their family. Also they made us sport gym salon that we can use them and exercise in what time that we want and have fun and enjoy our days in these hard quarantine days. You can order breakfast in everytime that you want at mornings
