The hotel is close to the center of the business and government building areas. I definitely will stay again time I'm in Abidjan.

My massage was given by Andrea, who was very skilled and provided a tranquil relaxing experience after a long day at work. Tea is offered after the treatment and the changing and showering facilities are clean with good equipment. I can recommend the whole experience.

Cozy, comfortable and clean
Reviewed By ModernWanderersAlthough only short, we really enjoyed our stay here. We arrived late on a Thursday night and checked out on the Saturday morning. Staff spoke wonderful English and were very accommodating of all our needs. On the first night I felt terrible as I went back to reception at least four times to ask for different things (a second towel, water etc) (eek!). The room, although small, was very clean and the air-conditioning worked well. Breakfast was selected the night before, based on about three or four different selections: what we’d like and what time we’d like it. Choices were generally an omelette, pastries, or local dishes with meat. We opted for the basic pastries each morning, though no butter or spreads accompanied them. Otherwise, the bread was very fresh! We also had freshly squeezed juices with our breakfast and they were great! Our stay was incredibly quiet and we slept very well on both nights, partly as I don’t think there were many people staying there at the time. The bed was also super comfortable, though perhaps not to everyone’s liking as the mattress was quite hard (which I love). The only real drawback to our stay is just how far away from everything the hotel is (and maybe also the very dim lighting in the room, as others have commented). That being said, it’s a very local area and a great opportunity to explore away from the tourist sites. As we were to depart the Ivory Coast in a few days and needed Covid tests, staff were very generous in printing out documentation for us upon check out (thank you again!). We’d definitely stay again :)

In Assinie, our hotel overlooks the peaceful Aby Lagoon and the superb beach of Assinie Mafia. 39 rooms, 4 suites installed on the edge of the lagoon, on our gardens or directly on our private beach, facing the ocean. The hotel's rooms or suites on the lagoon side are air-conditioned, free Wi-Fi connected, cable television and all have with an individual terrace. The beach side rooms & suites also have all these equipements except TV and free Wi-Fi for technical reasons. 4G and 3G works fine. We hope to see you soon in Assinie!
Nice if the theft didn’t happen
Reviewed By 200nabilaThe hotel was nice, the rooms are clean, staff are kind, but when we went for breakfast, the room service stole around $300 and we’ve reported it to the management, but they only sent us the chief of staff to explain for us that he trusts his people and that it’s never happened in the hotel and if we’re not ok we can call the police to come! ( we all know police investigations how they go here for such incidents) So the lack of seriousness in investigating our report was the only bad thing (the only one but a major one)

Safe hotel close to the airport - could work further on a number of aspects
Reviewed By EyekaytooThis was my second visit to this airport hotel. I had previously been informed that there is a shuttle to take passengers deplaning at the nearby international airport to the hotel. It's true but expect to wait a while. I emerged from the extensive arrivals formalities slightly shaken to find no signs of any shuttle service. I ended up going to the general Information desk. The two people there luckily came to my rescue and helped me to find a hotel driver who eventually turned up... All very casual (on his side at least). On arrival at reception in the hotel the stern young man at reception thrust some forms for me to fill in and proceeded to process my check in with the enthusiasm of someone who seemed to have been forced to work at the hotel against his will. No friendly greetings, no responses to my witty jokes - just fill in the forms. Oh well. Maybe he hadn't been on the customer facing training yet. My room was on the second floor overlooking the interior "courtyard" and roof of the conference centre (I suppose). It was reasonably large with a very comfortable double bed, small round table with a sitting room chair (!), a long desk against the wall, a good sized flat screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities, an empty fridge, free bottled water and a safe. The bathroom was modern with all the usual mod cons and an excellent shower room with two shower heads. The large white bath towels were great! The air con worked well as did the WiFi. I had three devices hooked up to the hotel WiFi most of the time during my stay and I was even able to stream Netflix films which was excellent. The breakfast in the room on the ground floor comprised a good array of items in the usual buffet style. But since my last stay the beautiful Serrano ham was gone I used the swimming pool on my Sunday day off - the water was clean and warm and there were enough sun loungers for those who wanted to get burned in the tropical sun. I missed a good quality restaurant in the hotel. In the place where the breakfast was set up there was an evening buffet which we tried on two occasions. Let's just say that it wasn't that interesting... Getting something to drink while dining here was also a major challenge. On another free evening I decided to try somethings from the bar menu. I then spent a lonely time in the larger bar area on my own eating a tasty prawn avocado starter and then an awful, thin looking beefburger served with lumpy, fatty congealed bacon (presumably rejected from the breakfast buffet) and a side dish of dried up tomato sauce and mayonnaise. Yes, I know that I should have complained at the time. Anyway, apart from some of the food offerings and some of the surly staff, I spent a reasonably comfortable week here. Oh, and I appreciated the tight security that they have in place here.

Not good meal service
Reviewed By 331hansnWe (3 adults and 4 children) were received in the evening in this hotel with beautiful surroundings. Dinner was served but we were told the kitchen close at 9pm. Next morning the breakfast was served until 10am. For a visit of 3 nights paying 1000 EUR in total, we kept running to keep the hotels timings because of the chefs schedule and pressure from the staff, instead of enjoying our vacation. During this time only 3-4 villas were occupied out of 16. The last evening we were almost rushed through the dinner and wine served in a rush so the hotels staff could leave early. One evening there was no staff available after 9pm. A bit scary! We leave Abidjan to enjoy and relax and return more stressed because of the hotels staff that want to go home early. La réceptionniste Mlle Sahra ne RESPECTE PAS LES COUPLES QUI SE PRÉSENTE À LA RÉCEPTION. Elle est à la recherche d un homme et dérange fortement les couples... elle s’est permise de se rendre a notre chambre le lendemain de notre arrivée soit disant pour nous donner une information concernant le petit déjeuner sachant qu’un de ses collègues masculin aurait bien pu s’en charger Dieu sait combien ils sont nombreux à la réception.... Elle nous a beaucoup déranger tout le séjour en voulant toujours être devant nos yeux en voulant nous servir pour le petit déjeuner et débarrasser alors que nous n’avons pas finit. Ce n’est pas le lieux pour chasser les compagnons ou maris des clientes.

Reviewed By kirghiI was staying in this hotel for few nights during my last visit. I must say that the hotel, thanks also to the new building, it is nice and well decorated. Rooms are big and well furnished (Ivorian style). Air co working well. Just notice that it is not on the ocean side, but inland. Two possible improvements: breakfast and laundry service. Overall a nice stay.
