Don't come here if you want comfort.
Reviewed By Vivienne LA relatively new sterile and soulless hotel built on the cheap . Nothing works. Sliding door to the outside does not lock which is a security risk. Door handle fell off as I entered the room. Bathroom heater fittings fell off the wall. No soap or even water provided. Heated towel rack doesn't work. This hotel is a horror.

Reviewed By JimgripI am so glad we made the effort to drive from Fes to Michlifen. What a stunning golf course. The views alone are worth the visit. Set up perfectly, immaculate fairways and the fastest greens I have ever come across. Cost about £80 and I thought it worth it. One disappointment, no rakes in bunkers. We were probably the first out at 9 in the morning so we didn’t have to worry about foot prints in bunkers. But I don’t know how the people behind coped

Reviewed By moroccob2019The following is the worst place to stay. Not at all maintained, falsly advertising an indoor pool which is closed. All rooms and buildings are in the worst shape ever. Pools are dirty, gardens needs maintenance. Over charging at the reception

Nice location, awful service, inhuman behavior
Reviewed By ThierryElMalehMe & my wife were very excited to be there for the weekend, however, we were shocked to find that the service couldn't be decent at the very least. What caught our attention while having breakfast in the terrace is that the staff refused to let a pregnant lady use the utilities even if she asked very nicely, more than that : the poor woman was verbally abused by a member of the staff that tried to chase her away. When we tried to intervene, they explained to us that the administration had strict orders not to let anyone use the utilities.We decided to cut our stay short, there is no way we're ever coming back.

Decent Hotel in Ifrane
Reviewed By Michael FI stayed one night in this hotel and it was not too bad. The local scenery is fantastic and the city (Ifrane) is very clean with manicured lawns. The food at the hotel was good and service was ok. The main drawback is there is no elevator so you may have to pack you luggage up several flights of stairs to get to the floor your room is on. Overall a good 3 star hotel.

Amazing stay
Reviewed By sanaae252If you are looking for a clean , beautiful and calm place to stay in ( esp with your significant other), this is the place. Also if you are interested in seeing an authentic everyday life, this is the place. I have to say my husband and I had such a wonderful time at "Gite du Barrage". I mean fresh air, fresh spring water and fresh chicken, eggs and fish for our meals just from the farms around and the surrounding rivers. It can't get any better than this. Well it can ( lol) the couple/ the owners were just so so amazing and sweet. They literally spoiled us. We checked out today after 10 days stay that felt like a month of rest. To fatima the owner and the amazing cook , thank you so much.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the most stunning picturesque views of the surrounding landscape. The hotel is in the most beautiful setting. Our hosts were very welcoming friendly and attended to our every need. Rooms were bright clean and had great modern facilities. I loved the ski chalet feel of the place. Food was very tasty with a lovely steak dinner followed by a great breakfast on both mornings. A great location to visit nearby Ifrane or a little further to Fes. Would love to return here during the ski season

Reviewed By cpbeachlifeOld style Hotel but good enough for 1 night. It served the purpose. Only downside there is no ac or fan ? Very clean and staff is ok. Didn’t had time to try the breakfast. I would stay again if i have to!!

Reviewed By Roland BThis was a lovely place to stay. Great accommodation, location and food. It costs 650 dirham per night including diner for 2. It is slightly more expensive than other parts of Morocco as is the rest of the area. The major drawback is that there is no information available if you want to explore the area (on foot). So, please be prepared before you arrive (we selected and uploaded treks on AllTrails)
