Located in the heart of a beautiful 13th century country-house which has preserved its medieval streets, Grenade, sweet typical village, is a few minutes away from Blagnac, Toulouse or Montauban.The decoration of this old family house associates its charm of the end of the XIXth with a contemporary style. It was thought for those who desire the charm as much as the lifestyle.You will be welcomed with a courtesy tray in spacious and luxurious rooms, with lovely decorations. All the junior suites have a sitting area with a sofa, a large flat screen TV with foreign channels, a dressing room, a desk, a mini-bar, a comfortable bedding (king size bed or twin according to your request), the air conditioning and free WIFI access. The vast marble bathrooms have either a bathtub and\or an italian shower. For you comfort, a hairdryer and a bathrobe are provided. Air conditioning is a bit dated but the heatwave conditions have been challenging. Everything is clean and breakfast in the garden is a delight. There is a great Saturday market about 50 metres from the hotel in a beautiful old market place. l have stayed at this bijou hotel several times over the last 5 years and it has maintained a high standard always. The beds and linen are immaculate and the rooms are spacious and airy. We will be back next year for sure.

Quiet, clean property just seconds from the City Centre.
Reviewed By Venice0419This boutique hotel is located just seconds from the City Centre. And yet, it is incredibly quiet. The rooms are small but quite comfortable and clean. The stay was very accommodating, providing us suggestions for dinner and shopping. They also helped arrange transportation to our next destination.

Reviewed By Ellen SThis is a renovated hotel in a modern style. It has a great location, just off the plaza of the Capitole. So it's a very short walk to a lot of lovely outdoor cafes and the Capitole itself, but the hotel is relatively quiet, and there are virtually no cars, it being in a restricted area where only taxis and cars dropping off residents may go. The hotel rooms are relatively small, although adequate; if you require a large room you should check with the hotel before booking. Our room rate included breakfast, which was quite sumptuous, and included cheeses, smoked salmon, a variety of breads and pastries, and omelets made to order. The staff was very nice and attentive.

Reviewed By fredericdZ5651FAGood location, friendly personal. Nice, clean and large room even if the view was not exceptional. Thé breakfast is really fantastic with everything want, sweet and salted. I went their last week for a travel trip and will certainly come back next time.

The hotel accommodates 2 restaurants (a one starred restaurant and a brasserie) which serve a refined cooking. Furthermore, the hotel offers discount for Capitole Car Park (rate of Capitole Parking is 22 €/day, 19€/ 16h, max hight 1,8 mt) and reception 24h/24. You will be able to visit easily the main monuments of Toulouse within walking distance. The hotel is located opposite the famous 'Theatre du Capitole" and 25 minutes by car from the Blagnac Airport.
I feel conflicted slightly
Reviewed By jenniferwL7337GFI feel conflicted in my review. The hotel exterior is beautiful very imposing , and the entrance to reception is very pretty typically french. Ideal to be in the centre of a very busy city. The reason I am conflicted is because there is a member of staff who really stood out over and above the actual stay or maybe my review could have been three star had he not been there to make our stay much better. Alexander we met the first night. He was fantastic. Nothing was any trouble for him. A kind and genuine person, who you can see has a passion for customer service. The hotel lobby and bar was pretty also, very floral, but very empty. We saw two people in the whole hotel? Seemed like the shining! The room 265 was clean, air con was good, bathroom modern, the bed was a little hard, TV had one English channel, it had everyyou needed. Just a little dated, or maybe that is just the theme. It has a great location for sight seeing. The last night we were there. Alexander was on duty, there was not anyone on the bar so he was now the bar man and on reception. It's not fair to have him doing both especially when we know his shift has finished. But once again nothing was any trouble and he made us our last drink there. What the hotel is lacking is a spa. And even their own restaurant. There is so much more that could be done here. They are lucky to have such great staff. All friendly. But our staff member of the trip was definitely Alexander. He was great!

Vous serez parfaitement accueilli dans notre hôtel, et pourrait y découvrir un hôtel construit en 1856 avec un magnifique patio intérieur, rénové au fil du temps et dernières rénovations en 2019/2020. Toutes les chambres sont climatisées, accès aux chaines internationales, bouilloire, coffre-fort, wifi. Vous aurez accès à nos 2 terrasses, à notre bar, notre brasserie où tout est fait maison, nos 5 salles de séminaires, salons et coin détente notre parking. Good mid-priced hotel
Reviewed By Eric VThe hotel is very central, right across from the main train station; the city center is within 10-15 minutes walking distance with plenty of restaurants, shops and bars to choose from. The staff is welcoming and attentive. My room on the 3rd floor (European) was pretty quiet and the metal shutter worked at blocking light and sounds.

Good place to stay
Reviewed By Compass810298A 10 minute walk from the SNCF Gare this was a convenient place to stay in the city center. Walk to everywhere you want to go and the street the hotel is on has a number of cute restaurants. Rooms are well equipped and would suit a longer stay with the self catering facilities. We had breakfast downstairs which offered plenty of choice. All in all a great place to overnight in Toulouse.

Reviewed By Andreaclea2The staff where amazing so friendly my option on the French coming from New York was totally wrong they could not do enough and where very willing and able to speak English which was a big help the rooms where great we did not get a balcony as they where full but they got us one as soon as somebody checked out the breakfast was awesome something for everybody rooms where very Clea it’s a 20 min walk into the center of Toulouse and 3 min on the Metro with a station close by the hotel will definitely stay here again

The not so good things : the breakfast is not worth it's price : the setting dull and the food straight from the supermarket. The general decor of the hotel is grey, dull and depressing.
