Arrived at the motel @ 2:15...45 minutes prior to check-in. The motel was completely deserted...no guests or employees. The lady at the front desk would not allow us to check-in or to leave our luggage in the room. I admit I was a little rude when I said that didn't make sense and asked why. Her response was because ,"that's our policy" and walked away. We'll see how things go once we get checked in and I may edit this review.

The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly, breakfast was very good(biscuits & gravy, sausage Patties, 2 kinds of scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, make your own waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt hot cinnamon rolls). The pool is nice depth levels range from 3ft to 5ft. There is no hot tub though. The beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows. The shower had great water pressure! There was a microwave & fridge in the room but we didn’t use either. Will def stay here again if we find ourselves in Hannibal again.

The front desk clerk seemed overwhelmed at 3 p.m. check-in. Halls looked clean as well as the room for the most part. There was paper under the table/desk. The room was spacious with 2 queen beds. The beds were okay once you found an unused spot. Hot water took a long time getting to the room. Lots of luck using the TV. We tried several time to get the local news and finally gave up.

Unique, well known 1896 Queen Anne Victorian home on Millionaire's Rowe in historic Hannibal, 3 blocks from town centre and river; restored wood interior; king and queen feather beds, pillows; high thread count linens; robes; bottle water in room; Wi-Fi; local TV; DVD/VHS; gourmet breakfast each morning; interesting and knowledgeable hosts; as featured on NBC's Today Show, Oct. '06!
What a special treasure! Chris, the host, is superb and an outstanding chef - not only was breakfast wonderful, but so is his LaBinnah Bistro (DO NOT MISS DINNER HERE!). My introduction to Garden House was my host explaining the history of the house and being met by four kitties - for me, that made the stay perfect! Everything in the B&B is original and antique. My room was the north room, very comfortable bed and furnished with whatever I could need. The parlor rooms are so pleasant and interesting, it's almost hard to go to your room to go to bed! Walking distance to the Mark Twain sights and the main commercial street. Chris is an expert on Hannibal and everything to do there. And provides tourist literature as well. I'll be back!

We only stayed for the night after being on the road most of the day. The Staff was friendly and the place was clean. The room was quiet, did not hear traffic or neighbors. Breakfast was very good, liked all the choices and everything had good flavor. I would stay here again if I'm ever in Hannibal again.

Motel 6 Hannibal is located off Route 61. Hannibal, Missouri is home to Mark Twain and the unsinkable Molly Brown. Less than 2 miles away are museums, shopping and dining. Onsite amenities include free Wi-Fi and a restaurant on site.
Buyer Beware!!!! This property has unethical business and billing policies. I called to cancel reservations after testing positive for Covid. The manager on duty assured me it was canceled. The phone call is recorded in my log. I’m now being charged as a no show and they refuse to rectify the situation. Buyer Beware!!!

GFCI receptacle directly over the sink did not have a cover. Light switch did not work. Only plug in for medical device was behind the bed where nightstand light was plugged in. . I reached behind the bed to plug in my medical device and was severely injured by the long screws sticking out of the back of the headboard.. My arm was cut up pretty bad. Front desk clerk moved me to a different room. I left for the day and when I returned the carpet a few feet inside the door was wet. The bathroom was flooded with water running in a steady stream from the ceiling through the light fixture above the toilet. My medical device which was in the room on the floor by the night stand got wet as the entire room carpet was waterlogged. I guess the drainage was sewage from the bathroom in the unit above mine. Bathtub has two large spiders in it. Will not put myself or staff up at this facility ever again.

Stayed in this Inn for two nights, and have absolutely no regrets. Without question we would stay again. Price is extremely reasonable. Room was well cared for and very clean, with contemporary décor. Communication with hospitality was simple. We were given access codes for entry to the building, and the room. This is an INN, not a hotel. It's not staffed for a check-in, or for housekeeping. Only note, there is an ice bucket in the room, but no ice machine. Water is left in the fridge for each guest. We assume you can get ice from the restaurant when open.

Great hospitality and service rather than a 5 star hotel. Connection to the hometown is good for new tourists and historical attractions. This hotel was the first attraction you would usually see before the 93 bridge was removed. The platforms and structure could use some repairs but innovation creates renovation. The history of some businesses in this area should never be forgotten about or taken advantage of. This town has more hotels and motels than i count. Its great for business but it doesn't benefit the local residents. The local owners of Country Hearth understand what historical means and the service they provide are equally fair. Rather it be a one stay or a weekly rate. It should included in hannibal magazines and local newspaper with proper representation. Thank you to the few local owned business of Marion county.
