Reviewed By Traveler41300193201room was clean and everything was in working order. We had a small dog with us. The pet rooms are on the south end of the property. There is parking, an entrance and green space at the south end of the property which was very convenient for having a pet. Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly.

DANGEROUS - Stay Away!
Reviewed By Scott58940This was a dangerous and terrifying property. Men were dancing on top of cars, blasting music, smoking weed and brandishing handguns in the middle of the night. The police were called to the property every night of my stay. There was a brothel operating out of the room next to mine. The staff was unprofessional, using rooms for personal use. Not safe. STAY AWAY.

Hubby's Flight Changed

Although an event was going on, there was very little noise, breakfast was adequate, staff was cordial. The only issue was no business center. I wanted to verify my Hubb's flight change and print info, but was unable. However, the staff did offer me to email info and they could print it. I'd certainly visit again!

Reviewed By Bruce BOur arrival and checkout was quick and handled by a friendly staff member. Hotel was clean. Refrigerator worked well. Plenty of electrical outlets. Beds were comfortable. We have stayed here before and will again.

We went to the hotel around noon and see if we're able to do an early check-in, at that time there were no front desk people and only a cleaning lady came to tell us they can't do anything, keep talking about "they're fully booked tonight., and we don't know when the room will be available...". It's OK that the hotel can't give us early check-in, but please treat people with respect. 2. While we were waiting at the lobby for check-in, a couple of travelers were also approaching the front desk and discussing something (heard some argument). When the travelers left, the front desk people started to complain with the clearing lady. They basically complained to all the customers who approached them. 3. We got into the room eventually, and found out the shampoo in the bathroom is running out. No tissue paper left, either. I called the front desk and request these items and a lady answered and said they're not sure when the housekeeping person will be available (w/ very bad attitude). It was 2 PM. After we went out and came back at night, shampoo and tissue paper are still empty. We bought shampoo and towel by ourselves eventually. The towels are very dirty and we don't even want to use them. 4. Smelled strong marijuana in the hallway in the morning. It's one of the worst stay experiences I ever had. IHG, you should've known better. Super disappointed!

In our preferences for Marriott hotels we ask for three or four sets of towels/washcloths and two extra firm pillows. The night desk clerk was very accommodating and pleasant. She did seem rather sad.

Pleasant Stay!
Reviewed By larryhO8604UVDue to an emergency with our home, we had to stay here. We were already a little uncomfortable with not being in our own home. The staff at the hotel was very pleasant and helpful. We were pleased with our hotel room; surprised to find that it had two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Overall, the hotel was clean and well kept. Each morning there was a continental breakfast provided. Any time we needed some new towels or linen the staff was always willing to get it for us. We were also able to have our dog with us as it is a pet-friendly hotel.
