Good food but bad service
Reviewed By mspabr(+) Food is good. (+) Customer service in the cafeteria is good. (+) Brewed coffee is okay. (+) We had issues with socket near the sink and the faucet, the plumber and electrician gave excellent service. (-) The electrician and plumber left a mess so I asked for new rugs and for someone to clean it, they just gave rugs and expect me to clean up the mess. I have to tell the lady that I need someone to mop the floor and she used the same rug she brought to wipe the water and left. Without cleaning the sink and under it. (-) WiFi was available but with less than 1mbps. Wifi won't reach the rooms. There's a designated area to use it. But since it's excruciatingly slow, there's no use going to the area. I won't recommend this place for freelancers or virtual assistants.

Every steps and every moves you make to reach the place was all worth it...The view was breath taking even when you are in your room, also in their Dining Area. We booked the upper and Lower ocean view room with terrace and had a dining table where you can request to serve your food there while you are having your dinner.. The View was fantastic, you can see the ocean and some of the islands..The room was very clean, bed and pillows are comfortable. They have hot &cold water with small coffee bar inside the room.. The toilet & bath are relaxing because you can see the nature outside while taking a shower, with complete toilet ammenitis, the towel are thick, soft and fragrant, just like in a 5 star hotel. Staffs are very friendly, courteous and very accomodating. Their Dining area restaurant had a breath taking view, while eating breakfast or sipping a coffee there.The breakfast are serve in plated, you can choose different variant on their menu, with drinks you can choose from: coffee, hot choco or Juice with a compliments of fresh ripe sweet mangoes of Guimaras. If you want an Island hopping tour, they will arrange a boat for you with a very experienced tour guide who is Manong Dodoy. You can order food from them where you can bring with you on your island tour, where you can have your lunch at the floating cottage and swim there. Thank you to Ate selfa, one of their staff who prepared our" baon" for lunch with complete plates abd utensils. Our food was prepared very nice and delicious..You can arrange this with them in advace, so they have time to market and prepare the food fresh. Ate Selfa will arranged everything with Manong Dodoy. Kuddos to them. So if you want a very relaxing place , book in advance to Nature's Eye resort.. The place is Amazing.. Although if you want to swim on their ocean, you have to go down with stairs, the beach is very rocky, nice for instagram and the water is very clear. If you want to have a dip in the ocean with fine sand, just a little walk from the resort, you can find a neighbouring beach.. Nature's Eye Resort is a beautiful resort wherein you can relaxed with your family with a breath taking close to nature while sipping your coffee and looking the beautiful sunset from the terrace of your room. Amazing!

Reviewed By Andoy EThis place is what you need to get away from it all. The place is quiet and relaxing. Sure there are better, more high-end island resorts but for its price, Costa Aguada is well worth it. From Bacolod city proper, it took us about an hour by land and 30mins by boat to reach the island. Another 10 to 15mins jeepney ride from the island port to the main resort. When my wife and I arrived, we were warmly welcomed which included free drinks. We were only their second couple who were checked in the island resort ans it felt like we rented a private island resort for our own for a very low price. All their staff, including their Manager were very accommodating. A cozy room with a view of the sea. Supply of Hot and Cold drinking water. During our stay we felt like we were one with Nature. Perfect as it may seem, there were some things that can be improved. During our stay, not all amenities were available since the main Pavillion and a recreational area were still under construction. The pool location (adult and Children) was great but it may need cleaning. No TV/Cable in rooms. Electricity had rotation schedules, Very weak to no cellular signal. This last bit did have its benefit. Having no cellular signal, we had less distraction and were able to enjoy all the things the island had to offer. The food, were priced just right. Though they were delicious, seafoods were not fresh. Beach water is clear but there were some trash on the shore. If you are wondering if the place is Instagramable? It definely is.

Reviewed By Mel123Dani* No breakfast served - even though it is advertised as a B&B we were told that breakfast is only served during week days. * The receptionist is the house keeper, the chef, the maintenance person as well. She complaint about how tired she is and shockingly complaint about guests asking for an iron at some stage. * Toilet paper ran out as there was half a roll in the holder. * Wifi not working - there is a password, but no WiFi. * TV was not working * Aircon was malfunctioning and we couldn't sleep during the hot evening. * Bathroom door handle was broken and the door could not close properly. We were not comfortable asking for anything becasue during the time of checking in the house keeper seemed annoyed and complaines about guests staying there. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome

Reviewed By IamEeyorDirty kitchen! We rented the kitchen for 24 hrs but they allowed other people to rented and used it at the same time. It cost an arm and a leg! The resort needs improvement in everything. Not a happy camper!!
