The Villa located in the new housing area with quiet environment. It is a semi-D house with three rooms, a living hall and car porch. You can either rent a room or the whole house, however facilities in the house varies with the price that you paid. The living room is very basic but gives you sense of space. The basic unit has no TV and no fridge in the common area. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staffs were friendly and responsive. There were ants in the house especially in the common bathroom and living hall. The management should arrange housekeeping service for guests that stay for more than 2 nights to replenish the drinking water and clear the rubbish in the house. There was wifi but cannot be connected for some reason. Rm50 deposit is required upon check in. The Villa is away from the old town/commercial area of Gua Musang and train station, hence it might be inconvenience for guest without their own transportation. Most shops nearby still not occupied yet and those shops/restaurants in operation require a bit a walk from the Villa.

Stayed 1 night on the way to Kota Bharu from Kuala Lipis. Mr Chew provided transport to and from the Gua Musang train station. He even let me use his vehicle to go for dinner in town. Room was comfortable.

Overnight pitstop on a Kuala Lumpur-Bentong-Kota Bharu drive. Our windowless twin-bedded room was on the ground floor of a 2-storey shop lot. Our air-conditioned room could be described as bare necessity - attached bathroom with hot water; no chairs or table. LED televsion but poor reception. Cold and hot water dispenser in the common area. No complaint for a one-night stopover. There are 'better" rooms on the upper floor. There's a 7-Eleven store next door plus Muslim eating places behind the hotel. For non-halal food, just take a few minutes drive to the town centre and the "old" railway station.

Absolute delight to find a well appointed hotel in Gua Musang. Clean, new, with all the necessity. Parking was plenty & free. Room has everything you need. They even offered a free flow pantry with tea & coffee. Bed was comfortable. Requested an extra pillow which was given, free or charge. Adequate choice of tv channel (HBO, cartoon, even sport). Fast wifi. Staff was friendly. Will entertain any request diligently, truly a gem. Overall, would be my first choice if we ever need a place to stay in Gua Musang again. Highly recommended.

I stayed here in August 2017 with my Thai birding friends. The service was good. The rooms are clean with aircon. We are very happy with the place and the friendly owner. I have recommended other friends to stay there. I'll be booking this place again this October for my next trip to Taman Negara Sungai Relau.

Did a pit stop night here on the way up North, it happened to be a Saturday night, and we were welcomed to the little 'bar' downstairs where all the locals gather to drink beer and play darts. The room was clean and pleasant, as was the bathroom. I'll never forget this place cos of the people of Pulai... they were extremely generous and friendly. I felt like i was transported into a Twilight Zone what with the limestone caves decorated with lanterns and shaded seated area next to it. We also went into the cave to explore it and hang out for a tad. The coffeeshop serves local breakfast of pan mee, eggs, toast, coffee, etc.
