Worst Hotel In The Hershey Area!
Reviewed By VinnieT1998This place is disgusting and it's horrible. Pros: - The beds were comfortable - The wi-fi was quick - The staff is nice. Cons: - Our room had a nasty cigarette smell, we had to buy fans and air fresheners from Walmart just to get rid of the smell, and it didn't go all the way out (but it improved slightly), my mother and my brother actually had it worse. There was ZERO ventilation to help the smell. The smell was clung on to our clothes. - When we got in, the sink was clogged... just gross. - There was broken windows everywhere. - I actually got sick during the trip, I am not too sure if it's because I contacted someone who was sick, allergies, or because of something in the room, if it was the latter... that is disgusting and horrible. The upkeep of this hotel is frightening. I advise anyone who is visiting the area to stay away at all costs. I am usually a positive person but this is unacceptable on how run down and dirty this hotel is.

Reviewed By 310mikaylaWe were there for a soccer tournament and had an awesome time. The staff and facilities were impeccable. Will be happy to come back next year. Breakfast was good and the OJ machine out but they had back up containers that made my day.

We are brand new, all rooms are SUITES, we offer a large indoor swimming pool with a 2 story water slide, indoor basketball and 9 hole mini golf, free hot breakfast, All rooms have a pull-out-sofa bed, 2 room suites, free wireless and wired internet and all of our rooms have full kitchens. Hershey is only 5 miles, Harrisburg is also only 10 miles, Penn National Casino & Race Track is 1/4 mile and Fort Indian Town Military Gap is only 5 miles. We have a mixture of 2 queen bed suites, king bed suites and 2 room suites. We have a meeting room which we will not charge. Any questions please feel free to contact us Each room bed type can be arranged individually later. We have 385 sq. feet of meeting space available.

Reviewed By jeannetQ4263BFWe stayed here the night of May 20, 2022. The room key didn't open the outside doors, for the room I was told by the front desk to open the handle up and not down as normal. The toilet was stained horribly and the sink drained so slow water couldn't be left running to even brush our teeth. On top of this the room window faced a wall and this was not even mentioned upon check in. Would not stay here again

Reviewed By martanpanThe shower did not work. When I tried to call the front desk, the phone didn't work. I looked in the hallway, but there was no housekeeping around. It took about 30 minutes to fill the bath tub, for a bath without washing my hair.

Reviewed By Jeanne-Marie CDuring our one night stay we had to make 3 trips to the front desk before we could even get into the room and even then the lock was hit or miss. The temperature in the room was 88° when we arrived and we were unable to cool it down past 75°. The wall thermostat is apparently a decor feature because it did absolutely nothing, even after I set it to “air conditioning”. Only by shutting the system down at the main unit were we able to stop heat from blasting out. Shutting down the main unit also stopped the annoying squealing noise. At 6:30 a.m., after a sleepless and sweaty night I was looking forward to a shower to try and revive myself, but we had no hot water in the shower. The bathroom sink had slightly above room temperature water. Having no choice, I made it the quickest shower on earth, only to discover that the hard-wired hair dryer didn’t work. Hair dripping, I stormed to the front desk, where the kind clerk got me a plug-in hairdryer. I would have liked to have had a cup of coffee, but the coffee pods in the room were probably fresh around the turn of the century and produced only odd smelling brown water. The same coffee must be used in the lobby carafes. Every single chair in the lobby breakfast room had stains and smears on the upholstery, only 1 elevator works (barely- the doors try many times before successfully closing), the water fountains are terrifyingly dirty, every vending machine is empty, there were stains and smears on tabletops in the room and in the bathroom, the bracket for the iron was hanging half off the wall in the closet (whose doors would not stay on the tracks and could not be closed), the shower curtain was in tatters, and every lamp produced a spark when touched. The rates being charged for this hotel are far, far out of proportion for the quality and cleanliness of this facility. Before leaving I left a message at the desk requesting a full refund. I have yet to hear anything back from the manager.

Our room (medium suite) was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Each suite has its own climate controlled system. Be it relaxing in your room or reading by the fireplace, you won’t be disappointed. We will be staying here again!
