Just ok!
Reviewed By Adriana AGood customer service but the room was small however the A/C was super cold and only a sheet on the bed to cover yourself and bed and pillows not comfortable, There is a bar nearby and music was super loud until 3am. Our room was in front of the kitchen so there was a lot of noise around 5am. The swimming pool is also in front of the rooms, people were there very early, like 8 am and kids playing and screaming. Pool is super small, you can't swim. The parking lot is tiny, right next to the pool. It was full when we got there so they made us park around the corner.The only good thing I have to say was the buffet style breakfast, it was really delicious. I

Great place to stay
Reviewed By Gustavo DGreat place, experience, and service. It is really nice to stay in a hotel that has such history. Everything went perfect and we didn't have any complications. We were there during the last days of December and the hotel organize a small party in New Years night. I will totally recommend the hotel.

Unreliable!!!
Reviewed By Peter RDo not book at this hotel! We had accidentally booked a night early after problems with the internet. Called immediately, it would not be a problem. On arrival, it turned out to be the opposite case. The night was still charged. The music is loud at the front desk. The clerk is whatsapping with others while you are being helped. The manager is also very unfriendly and doesn't speak english. The pool is built between the walls, and has no appearance. This hotel is clearly overrated! There are good alternatives in Gidarnot!

Great potential, no execution.
Reviewed By 2grasshoppersIt's a hotel with great potential but extremely poor execution. We thought the architecture was beautiful and the pool too. In general the design and architecture are amazing. The decoration (1 to 1 scale movie figurines i.e: the mask, avastar...) is like a cheap version of Madame Toussauds. Fun, makes for a couple of funny photos... but that's pretty much where it stops - not to say many of the "movie figurines" need to have some maintenance done to them. The lobby bathroom is shared by both males and females (same space but different cubicles) and on top of that the ladies door (which looks straight to the door and mirror) has a huge clear-glass star through which you can see youself in the mirror and therefore everyone else can see you in the toilet!!!!! The doors are otherwise matte glass (frosted). There were no ashtrays to be found - anywhere, ever. The food was average on New Year's eve. Salmon was dry. Chicken was OK. Didn't bother with the meat. Salad was fresh but only 1 dressing - it was good though. There was a cheese table and a table with desserts which also had tropical fruits - I loved that!!! It was a bouffet. Also, even though there was a witer with a water jug he had to be asked to pour water because he would pour for one person and skip three. The fireworks were great. The only thing was that at about 1.30am the waiters started to hand out whistles and balloons ect. Which would've been appropriate before 12. The orchestra was extremely loud - so much that I lost my voice trying to talk over it, and the ladies were out of tune for most of the songs. There are many more observations but I will stop here. The receptionist was amazing and friendly. In conclusion a beautiful environment that lacks good service.

Breakfast and meals can be improved (pasta/salads are really tasteless); sauna lacks a water dispenser. Pools are nice but aging is obvious. Karaoke night was good for a laugh; tried the 2x1 mojitos but they were way below average.
