Carowinds amusement park is only three miles away and Carolina Place Mall is only five miles from our front door. WiFi and breakfast are on us. I was worried when I saw the location of my room right off the elevator but it was fine . I will definitely be back. I like that you can look around and see the room is very clean . I LOVE animals but I don’t like some of the animals hotels because they smell and are not clean . This one was great . I do wish hotels had a section of room that are just for humans.

Reviewed By DWest143We had a family emergency and had to leave town. After several calls we gave up trying to request a refund. We will not stay here or BW again. We understand there are cancellation policies - however the hotel has the option to make a refund if they choose to. We called at 8 am to advise we had to leave and we're told they may do it but had to ask the manager. In the end they decided not to.

Reviewed By Huggy118Nicest hotel in the area. Also the nicest Ive stayed at anywhere in a long time. Staff was wonderful. Onsite laundry room and a nice pool. Only complaint I have is several cars were broke into but not hotels fault. Fort Mill is pretty safe and crime free except for car breakins. That comes with a growing town I guess

Horrible hotel!
Reviewed By 364tracyyThe hotel is more like a motel. The hotel is dirty and run down. People are going in and out the doors all night making noise. The rooms heater and air are loud. There’s dogs barking all night and the rooms smell like wet dogs and musty. I would not recommend here to anyone.

Reviewed By W8548JElisasRooms are big bed comfy. Fridge are normal home size fridge utensils glasses plates are real not paper plates, dishwasher. breakfast is really good. Staff friendly pool is small though. I've been there twice and will never stay at another hotel

My worst hotel experience
Reviewed By vutbaoThis place is too run-down and too dirty to be called a hotel. Other guests have described in details how horrible the conditions are so I will not repeat them here. I'm just going to post a couple of pictures here and let you decide if you want to stay here.

STAFF MAKES THE DIFFERENCE

This staff of Lorenzo, Maddison, Michelle, and Jambalaya were the best, The Hotel is still in great shape nut a good staff makes all the difference. The lack of service for the business traveler is almost of gone completely except for this hotel. The staff make a difference. The Listed people has been great for the last few trips to this property. It was great dealing with this staff.
