Reviewed By Benlaoula SThis hotel is very simple, the rooms really outdated, desperately asking for new furniture and decoration. the staff was rude and unhelpful specially those of the restaurent. Poor breakfast quality and poorer service. the only good thing was the location of the hotel .

Reviewed By naimioÀ notre arrivée, la serrure de la chambre était bloquée et ne s’ouvrait pas facilement. Problème remonté à la réception qui ne s’est pas trop cassée la tête à la réparer. La vue sur la terrasse est magnifique, malheureusement il n’ya pas beaucoup de chaises, tables et parasols pour que tous les résidants puissent en profiter. Autre constat, le ménage n’a jamais été fait durant notre séjour, pire les femmes de ménage ne sont passées que pour prendre les serviettes sans même les remplacer. Le minimum nécessaire pour la salle de bain n’est pas donné : pas de shampoing, pas de gel douche, pas de serviettes, ... Il est aussi difficile de dormir tôt à cause du bruit à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur de l’hôtel. Finalement, la qualité du petit déjeuner laisse à désirer : omelette et café en supplément !!!!. Pensez à prendre des viennoiseries de la boulangerie en face de l’hôtel ou même à manger là-bas. Si vous pensez à venir passer un séjour au Nord, louez un appartement, vous y serez certainement plus à l’aise.

Reviewed By alloeverai have been in Fnideq a while ago with family and a big group of friends from essaouira, we choose Ibis that we still don't regret the quality and views there but the worker personal were not nice at all to us ! we were a big group i know it's a little noisy in breakfast but we are customers and customers are royal ! so they were annoying us and talking bad .. i love ibis as an hotel but i would never turn back again
