As always the staff were so friendly and professional. When I decided to stay an extra few days. Anita whom is one of the amazing staff members made my room change very easy. Also Anita deals with a lot of the dinning room. Everyone I encountered that was part of the staff were so kind, professional , friendly and all provided Amazing Customer Service. Totally Awesome on so many levels. The owner and his Son are really great people and go out their way to ensure your stay is great. This Hotel rates five stars and more. Note the hotel is right beside the bus stops for Kuffstein and Kossen. You can get special tourist cards for the bus at the reception. The hotel provides an amazing breakfast. I highly recommend visiting the hotel restaurant at night. Amazing Menu and great customer service!! The hotel has a Great Swimming Pool, Sauna and Steam Room. Lastly I left a very important brief case at the bus stop. I realized this while I was well into my bus ride. I immediately got off the bus and called the hotel. The owner picked up the phone and took my details. He went and checked the bus stop for me near the hotel. I ended up taking a Taxi back to the hotel. Upon exiting the taxi. The owner comes out of his hotel with my very important brief case that I had left at the bus stop while rushing to get on the bus towards Kossen. I think this is very good reason to stay at this amazing establishment! They all go above and beyond for their guests. If you are the owner and read this review-Danka!!! It should be noted I am originally from Dublin, Ireland, lived In the United States of America for over Thirty Years and served in the United States Marines all over the world. I definitely know a great hotel from all my life experiences and travels all over the world. Lastly I hope this review helps you out on your decision in getting an amazing hotel in Ebbs! This hotel rates five stars and more! I definitely will be returning in the near future! You won’t be disappointed.

Reviewed By Celia RI chose this hotel because it was conveniently located not far from the autobahn and not too far for me to drive from Munich airport. I arrived late and the reception i received was warm and friendly. The single room I had on my first visit was well equiped and so cleverly laid out that i felt I was in a larger room. i love the log piles which separate the individual balconies. Breakfast is taken in a bright room, with plenty of choice to suit all diets. In fact, it was so good that I booked the hotel for my return journey a month later. This time I was travelling with a friend and we had two lovely, large double rooms with comfortable mattresses.The showeres are excellent. We had a super, fresh salad for lunch and enjoyed an excellent dinner in the garden. On Sundays, the restuarant closes at 7 p.m., so we had plenty of time to explore the beautiful woods behind the hotel which was very welcome after a long drive from Italy. The hotel is well located to explore this part of Bavaria.

Located in Ebbs, right in the center of the Kaisergebirge Nature Reserve, Hotel Unterwirt features a roof terrace, a bar with an open fireplace, and a sauna. Free WiFi is available in public areas. Since 2017 the Unterwirt’s restaurant was awarded 14 points by Gault Millau. The cuisine is focused on homemade and organic products, and guests can order special diet menus. 2 large ski areas, the Zahmer Kaiser Ski Resort and the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental Ski Resort, can be reached within a 20-minute drive. A ski bus stops directly in front of the house. The hotel features a playground and a ski storage room. Wooden furniture, satellite TV, and a seating area are standard in every room. Breakfast can be served in the rooms. Shops can be found 50 m away from the Unterwirt Hotel. Reviewed By Ron WWe have dined here several times over the past 10-15 years and decided we wanted to stay here. We had a reservation for two nights and enjoyed every minute of it. The receptionist took care of us at once. She asked if we had any needs that she could help with. We got on the elevator and went up to first floor and went to our room. The room was a large and comfortable room. It was quite clean and had the best feather blankets--nice and plump. The bathroom was nice and clean also. Did I say the bed was firm--just the way we like them to be. Good reading lights in bed. Breakfast in the morning was in the nice dining room. Breakfast was all we needed and more. We would love to return.

I felt at home and was soooooo relaxing. The staff are extremely nice. And the food was very very good. Amazing experience and great time :) hope to come back in the future. Thanks ?

Reviewed By koenb137We stayed here on our way from Holland to Italy. The location is ideal for this purpose, at 900 km/1 carday from Holland. With all the Baustellen, speed limits and Stau on the German Autobahn this is a reasonable one day distance. The pension is well taken care of. Rooms are spacious and clean and everything is renovated and well maintained. Our Zimmer (not apartment) even had a kitchenette. Breakfast was limited (that is how I like it) but good, they also had gluten free bread. Coffee was excellent. The surroundings are beautiful, although we didn't see much of it as we arrived in rain/darkness and left in rain/fog. I certainly would come back here on our next passing, and maybe stay a day more to explore the neighbourhood.

Reviewed By MarinaK2786Große, sehr saubere Appartements im schönen Ort Ebbs. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bereits bei der familiären Begrüßung merkt man das Engagement und die Liebe, welche von den Gastgebern in die Wohnungen fließen. Von den Appartements lassen sich tolle Touren ins Kaisergebirge starten. Aber auch der fußläufig gelegenen Raritätenzoo oder der nahgelegene Ort Kufstein sind einen Ausflug wert. Wir können diese Unterkuft uneingeschänkt empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

Reviewed By joegF4286OCWe stayed for a few nights here. An amazing place to stay - lovely and friendly staff, great facilities and our room had a beautiful view of the mountains and fields. Really tasty coffee, we didn’t eat here unfortunately so I can’t comment on the food. The spa facilities are great - pool and hot tub we used every night, and the back massager unit is amazing. There are a couple of nearby cats who popped in.
