Reviewed By Susan_Sho_My night in this tiny village was really pleasant, even if it is not a total new furnished village, was tidy and comfy for a stay with different friends. The best was the couple at the reception, they were incredibly kind and friendly. Unfortunately, as it was winter time, we did not have the chance to enjoy the village.

Reviewed By Cynthia SJust got back from our trip and one of the highlights was staying at Casal Farano. Our hosts were wonderful, helpful and obliging. Rooms were clean and the mattress was so comfortable. There are lovely outside public patios and some of the rooms have private patio. The pool is wonderful. the food excellent. Can't say enough really. Thank you Casal Farano!

L.M., Di un grandioso scenario naturale che si dirama dalle piu alte cime dell'Appennino marchigiano (tra cui Monte Pisello e il Vettore) fino allo spettacolo offerto dall'orizzonte adriatico. Alla suggestione di questo panorama cosi vario si aggiunge un clima dolce e piacevole che da a tutto un'atmosfera rilassante e accogliente. Nel rispetto del nostro territorio e di un'ideologia volta a salvaguardare l'ambiente in tutti i suoi aspetti siamo a conoscenza delle nuove risorse di sfruttamento di energia pulita, mediante l'utilizzo di pannelli fotovoltaici e pannelli solari per la produzione di corrente e acqua calda. Non dimenticando di fornire un ambiente piu pulito ed ecologico mediante la realizzazione della raccolta differenziata. L'azienda accoglie i suoi ospiti facendo suo il principio fondamentale del Rispetto della natura, producendo prodotti propri dall'olio, al pane e alla frutta e verdura di stagione sempre a disposizione di chiunque ne voglia beneficiare; operando in assoluta assenza di pesticidi e veleni di vario tipo. Le coltivazioni genuine garantiscono una cucina dai sapori antichi e dai gusti perduti delle ricette tipiche del luogo.

Right on the beach in Cupra Marittima, a quiet and charming seaside resort, La Perla Hotel is the ideal place for a special relaxing and unforgettable stay. The friendly and homey atmosphere and the new staff will give you the maximum of kindness and entertainment. The hotel si also close by the pedestrian and cycle track that runs alongside the beach and connect Cupra Marittima to Grotttammare and San Benedetto del Tronto (bike rental at the hotel).
Dishonourable owner
Reviewed By MEFH1Booked and paid for a room here in advance. On arrival we were told there were no rooms available although they had a record of the booking and could see our money had been received. Receptionist very apologetic and after a long wait found us a room in a much cheaper, very basic, hotel nearby. Because of the huge inconvenience we were told that the Perla would naturally cover the cost of the new hotel and refund our original payment. However since then the owner has refused to give us the refund. In order to put the dreadful experience behind us, I said I would be happy to accept the difference in the cost of the 2 rooms but this has not materialised either and he now ignores my messages. I have subsequently heard from locals in Cupra that the hotel has a really dreadful reputation and that the trains going past rattle the windows and keep guests awake all night! Avoid booking here at all costs.

Here’s the perfect combination of beach holiday and great value! “Stella Marina” Residence is located on the seafront of Cupra Marittima, separated by a small and shady garden. It has 14 apartments comprising one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom, all with a view of the sea from the balcony.
Great Value Apartment
Reviewed By TuesadaisyKnowing only that we wanted to stay on the beach - I booked this apartment. I struggled to find any reviews and those that I did find commented on the rail track and noisy bar. It is true - the property backs onto the rail line which is well used by both frieght and high speed trains. The front looks out onto the sea and promonade with bars/ restaurants which are all open late and can be noisy. However the very good doors/ blinds and air conditioning meant that it was easy to block these things out should you so wish. The location was brilliant - we could wander onto the beach straight from the aprtment - nip home for a siesta then be out till late - no need to use the car at all - that was safely garaged at a nearby hotel. THe appartment was spotlessly clean - and spacious - accomodating the five of us with ease. Handy addition of washing machine meant we came home with bags of clean laundry - bonus! Limited English spoken at check in - but everything explained and understood. I did notice different booking sites included different things in the price - so do make sure you know what you are paying for (We had to pay additional for linen and carparking - but that wasn't a problem) All in all a great stay -
