We stayed at Glanllifon for one night as part of a walking holiday. We were warmly greeted and a little surprised by our lovely room. The provision of a sofa added to the enjoyment of an evening indoor picnic watching cycling on the large TV. The provision of toiletries was generous as were the two Twix bars, after our 17 mile trek. Breakfast was delicious. Thankyou for providing the unlisted fried bread requested by my husband. We would highly recommend this establishment.

Awel Mor is situated directly on the seafront in the unspoilt town of Criccieth. With spectacular sea views Awel Mor is only a short stroll to historic Criccieth Castle and to the many restaurants in the town. We are ideally situated for touring the Llyn Peninsula, the Snowdonia National Park and for visiting the many attractions and beautiful villages nearby.
Amazing stay at awel mor, the owners are some of the nicest people you'll meet nothing was to much for them, the breakfast is bang on and the rooms are clean big and comfortable, I would advise to get sea view room as the veiw really is amazing and the sound of the sea send you asleep at night. I got engaged to my other half whilst in Criccieth and when we got back to the room the owner got us a bottle some chocs and a lovely card waiting at the door, it really is the little things. 10/10 the only reason not to stay here is if it's fully booked.

Criccieth is the ideal place to stay to explore the beautiful area by walking or cycling the North Wales coast path. Visit the mountains, sea and coast all in one holiday. My husband and I spent a wonderful two nights at Bron Rhiw as we were attending a wedding at nearby Bron Eifion. (Be sure to book taxis well in advance as it can be difficult to book last minute.) The guesthouse is beautiful and the rooms are very well kept. They had everything we needed for our short stay, including toiletries, a hairdryer and use of an iron and ironing board on request. From the first greeting, Andy and Tina were very friendly and welcoming and made us feel at ease. For anyone arriving by car, there is a small car park at the side of the hotel, but there is also street parking out front so parking shouldn't be a problem. It's a short walk to the beach and to the high street with several shops and restaurants. We would recommend you book your meals in advance as the restaurants are very popular and book up quickly; we learned that he hard way. Breakfast was not just tasty, but presented in a very appetising way. It was clear that a great deal of effort was put in. The breakfast room is clean and spacious and there is a lovely view of the field across the road with sheep roaming freely. We were also given delicious homemade bread pudding and fudge! If we ever visit again, we'll been sure to stay at Bron Rhiw. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.

Lovely B&B. We stayed for four nights and had a great time. The hosts were friendly and made us very welcome. The room was larger than many B&Bs that we have stayed in. It was well maintained, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was lovely with several options. The home-made bara brith was an unexpected delight. Would recommend this as a place for touring this part of Wales or just relaxing in a lovely friendly seaside town.
