I was extremely disappointed when I arrived at this business after booking a spa suite for two only to be asked to show my vaccine passport. When I mentioned that accommodation was not vaccine mandated the reception staff who were very rude and made me feel like a leper refused to show me any legal documents as proof that accommodation was mandated. I asked to speak to the manager who was not at the premises and couldn’t be contacted. I saw no signs anywhere as to informing people that vaccine passports were required and also I received no request when I booked for vaccine passports. I contacted the Motel the morning of our booking to confirm and asked ‘is there any issue with our booking?’ I was told everything was fine. My husband and I left in tears at the blatant discrimination that we endured at the hands of incompetent staff who neither understand the recent mandates nor care that they may breaching human rights laws. In normal circumstances asking to access an individual’s medical records would be obvious discrimination but under our current push to get everyone vaccinated this is being overlooked. Whether you believe vaccines are the cure or not, trampling over human rights needlessly when there is no mandates in place for this particular business sector is reckless and anyone who condones this behaviour by supporting this business is hammering another nail in the coffin for human rights.

Located in the South West of WA, 30 minutes drive to Bunbury city & coast. This exceptional motel is surrounded by forest and plenty of lakes and dams for the recreational sports minded. Consists of 21 large modern rooms, function/conference room, and beautiful landscaped gardens with the BBQ area overlooking the swimming pool. Separate shared facilities accommodation available also. Laundry services are available and a Deli is close by for all those little needs
We stayed overnight in a room near the pool. The rooms are all very tidy and clean. The best is amongst the most comfortable I’ve slept in. Breakfast was simple but hearty. The pool looked great- I only wished I had time to make use of it. Will be back for sure. Won’t bother staying anywhere else in collie in future. The only gripe was it was a Saturday night and all the patrons of the pub across the way had parked in the motel parking bays and we couldn’t get one.

A gorgeous heritage motel being lovingly restored and given a fresh new lease on life. Situated in between a pub and a deli, and within walking distance of the CBD, trailheads and other local attractions. Clean and comfortable rooms with shared facilities at a price you can afford.
Avoid this hotel like the plague. the showers stink of urine, semen stains on the sheets and pillows. Watch out for the towels, the brown stains were left by the last tradesman wiping you know what. Negative manager also.

Staff were wonderful, making a difficult stay during covid comfortable , many thanks (Annie & Kelly) they where great. Numans selling false advertising on the internet. Wifi I dont think so, no WiFi ( 1 bar if your lucky), WiFi crap, after day 2 had t request staff to purchase WiFi modem to get access to carry online works for Synergy. Staff advised me that the WiFi has been the same for years and had advised management but nothing has changed sounds like they cant be bothered as long as they get there money (my opinion not the staff) Very poor TV reception, got tired of the flickering & rolling screens eventually gave up & put TV in wardrobe so I could have some desktop space for my computer & diary, (probably due to size of TV and age) . Gym was not available due to being locked and Company (Numans) had not maintained so was not safe to use. Overall cramp site was OK (only reason I say this, as the staff where fantasist) but Numans the owners needs to stop taking the money (reinvest) and give what what they advertise. I am moving out on Monday after 2 weeks and moving into the Collie Ridge Apartments, far far more better accommodation and at least I will be able to watch the news every night and have Wifi reception. Overall the best option, dont stay at this place until the management fix the entire village. The internet shows many non truths & these places exploit this.

Nice clean and friendly environment. Whether for work or on holiday it does not matter - we have you covered.
I was at Collie Motel for over 4 months as accommodation for work. Wonderful queen bed, air-con, great en-suite, very close to all amenities. Coles, Woolworths and shops are very close, the town swimming pool is close too. Staff are friendly and helpful, nothing bad to say about the place.
