our hotel is situated only 4 chilometers from Vipiteno. We offer a garagem swimming pool, hot whirlpool, 3 kinds of saunas, fitness area, children playing room in and outdoor, massage room. Free WIFI.
The experience was excellent, from the cleanliness of the room, the relaxation amenities offered, the attentiveness of the staff, the quality/quantity/variety of the menu and the engagement of the head chef and the family management team. We so enjoyed our 5 day stay!

A holiday with the family? It's easier than you think. The Feuerstein family hotel, in the Pflerschtal Valley in South Tyrol, offers everything for kids, from babies and toddlers to teenagers. Family-friendly rooms, a play barn, a lake for playing pirates and splashing around in summer, Eskimo igloos in winter, excellent childcare, all the services you would expect from a baby hotel and our friendly childcare assistants to keep kids busy and let their parents relax. Family time spent together is twice as enjoyable thanks to the family-friendly offer and unspoilt nature at the foot of our local mountain, the Tribulaun.
We truly cannot rate this holiday highly enough. Everything was 5*…. the food is just incredible, as is the scenery and the amount of things to do. My husband and I got to relax and enjoy the spa or go on an organised 7 hour hike up a mountain while the children played in the excellent kids’ club. We also got to do activities and spend quality time together as a family. Our 2 year old and 4 year old could not have been happier. We stayed for 9 days and could have stayed longer. We’ll definitely be back.

Time is our most precious asset - you should use it! True to the motto "Time for me" we want to give you unforgettable moments during your holiday in Pflerschtal. Do you want to get a holiday? Then book your holiday at Hotel Bergkristall right away Depending on the season, we draw a colorful range of selected local products for our dishes and serve them fresh and imaginative. For the guests, who decide on our half-board, our cooks choose a varied food. Those guests who book a full buffet breakfast in our hotel are welcome to enjoy our wood-fired pizza or our modern and traditional cuisine in our restaurant.
Despite 6!!! trials to make a hotel booking, the hotel found it not necessary to give me any feedback... Welcome to 2014!! I would strongly recommend some alternative hotels in the region (+/- 4 km) that offer much higher service, complete renovated rooms at basically the same price-level. I prefer to be treated as a guest that feels welcome instead of been treated extremely impolite & unprofessional. You've been warned.... Very good alternatives are Hotel Panorama (completely renovated interior) & Hotel Gudrun (very recent renovated rooms & bar + swimming pool). On top you'll get excellent service at both these hotels

We stayed overnight during a 1600km car trip with kids. Clean spacious family room with a separate sleeping area for kids in bunk-bed. Nice breakfast in a room with large windows and views of mountains. Very well kept grounds with trampoline and play area for children.

The Edelweisshütte is a mountain lodge with individual rooms, but shared shower and toilet facilities. We had a splendid 5 day stay in August 2020, during the COVID 19 pandemic. Since you need to get up by chair lift and a walk, there are a lot of day guests between 945 and 16:15, but outside those times only the people staying in the 12 or so rooms are up. Somewhere it says that all rooms have a table and chair to leave things, but we were initially allocated a room (no 8) without this, which really was too small for a longer stay by 2 people and a dog. However, staff were flexible and allowed us to change to No3, which was a tad bit larger, and perfect. Staff are superbly hospitable, and really care about their guests. When we did a hike a bit too long for our state of fitness (especially as it rained and thunderstormed for the last 3 out of 6 hours), they went out of their way to have us picked up for free (the Jeep was picking up other guests who had missed the last chairlift, and was told to turn round and get us as well!). We didn't miss dinner... There are a number of good walks starting from the hut, for different levels of fitness, but we also spent a good day just circling the pond, relaxing on the wooden sunloungers and enjoying the sun. Don't miss having one of the fresh trouts for lunch one day!

Our chef will spoil you with daily homemade specialites.
We stayed at Hotel Erna on our journey from Germany to Italy. The first stay we had problems with one of the rooms. there had been a communication issue on how many grandchildren we had with us. There were no other visitors, other than our daughter and grandchildren. The hotel was empty. Rather than accomodate us and say, no problem we have rooms for 3 people, my 2 gradchildren had to sleep in a bed for one. In addition my gradndaughter who eats like a bird, we were charged 5 euros for her breakfast. On the return trip, we stayed because the room was booked and logistics. it was chilly that eveing, so i ask for a cup of herb tea. There was a charge of 2 euros on my bill when i checked out. Doors are locked in the evening and you can't get out for a walk. or internet you have to sit on the stairs in the downstairs lobby. No internet in the rooms. I wouldn't stay there again if I was given the room for free. Breakfast was so, so.
