Reviewed By Lodging_GuruI come to Cleburne a few times a year to visit a friend, and this is the only hotel I will stay at in the area. It has consistently met or exceeded my expectations. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable and the breakfasts are fantastic with a variety of options. I hope they will continue to maintain these standards and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Reviewed By debbiepS1721FINasty! Blood on the sheets. AC was broke, miserably hot. Lamp broke. Curtains smelled like they were not washed for 60 years, and did not function. Room was musty. Bed was hard as a rock. Pillows were like rubber. Furniture from the 60s, cheap. Faded Kinkade prints on walls. Carpet in hallway old and stained. Woman at front desk was irritated when we checked in. Breakfast, open 7 to 9 on Sunday, so we missed it. Fo somewhere else. We really wanted to love this place with the great reviews.

Reviewed By amorga732119Overall I expected our stay to be better but that wasn’t the case I chose this hotel because they stated they had breakfast but it wasn’t what I expected because of their misrepresentation we had to spend more money every day that we were there. I also thought that they would clean the room but you had to ask for that and ask for clean towels and I didn’t know that you pay on day one I thought it was after your stay,we paid at Check-In ,I knew that was different so not a good experience.

Very Nice 4 Day Stay
Reviewed By VchurtCheck in was quick and easy, the facilities are well kept, the room was very clean and neat. The Staff was very friendly and polite. The location is right off of US Highway 67 and not far from restaurants and grocery stores, It was nice and quiet so we got a good nights sleep.

Plain and Dated, But Clean
Reviewed By yojimbo56003An older motel, a bit dated and with no real breakfast to speak of (just cereal), but clean, new floors (no carpet), and hot showers. The TV was small, and the room pretty Spartan, but the bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. In the small town of Cleburne, it was quiet at night - no Interstate noise.

All rooms have en suite bathrooms with showers, as well as free WiFi, flat-screen TVs, microwaves, minifridges and coffeemakers. Suites add separate living spaces, and some come with whirlpool tubs. Reviewed By ccain3This hotel wasn't the worst we have stayed at, but it was far from the best. The staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. The room itself was dated, but it seemed clean. We didn't find any issues with cleanliness. We were in a ground floor room and found that the window, that could easily be crawled into, was unlocked. So make sure you check the locks on your windows. I would suggest the cleaning crew make a habit of checking this in case the person staying there doesn't think to. The hotel for us, had an odd feel to it. I realize it isn't in a bustling city, but it seems the only people we saw were the staff. I think for the first two nights we had a whole wing to ourselves. They do offer breakfast, but it consists of cereal and waffles, so if you are expecting much, this isn't the place. Not sure if this is a limited time thing or if that is what they always offer. I will say, the waffles we tasty. We were visiting family during this trip, and I think we would find a different place to stay on future visits.

He rudely hungup on me and when I called back (locked my keys in the room, needed a new one), he said he was sleeping and they weren't a 24 service and to please stop bothering him! I called at 930pm! I almost cried, he was so rude. I paid $60 just to sleep for the night & had to fight to get back into my room I paid for! I've never been so rudely treated at a motel/hotel/inn in my life. & I've stayed everywhere from Motel 6 to The Plaza.
