I made our reservation via email and pre-paid the room via back transfer two weeks prior. They did not have a room reserved for us when we got there and couldn't find our reservation. We had to dig up the emails and bank transfer confirmation to prove our reservation upon arrival. We stayed in a double room on the second floor. It was clean, but not comfortable. One of the mattresses sank halfway to the floor when we sat on it, while the other was as hard as a board. The showerhead only allowed a trickle of water through, no floor towel/mat provided to step out of the shower onto. No hand towel either, only thin bath towels. No decor to speak of in the room. Weathered table on the deck. The rate includes two breakfasts, which were actually pretty good. The onsite minimarket is also a plus.

Wouldn’t stay here again, start with the negatives. Toilet door wouldn’t close meaning we had to listen to each other on the toilet. No hot water for the bath, phoned and they fixed in about an hour, ran a bath which took an hour due to water flow. Advertised as having WiFi. No WiFi anywhere near accommodation , it connected in the restaurant however it didn’t work for the 2 nights I was there. Food is overpriced as there isn’t any other options if you haven’t brought anything. Positives is the fireplace is nice and cosy. The jacuzzi was nice once it filled up. Far too many negatives for this place and wouldn’t return

We visited Kankay as a one-night family get-a-way. We stayed in one of the cabins which made it comfortable for a family of four. However, despite all of the advertisement for activities such as horse rides, four-wheelers and a spa, none of these things where available. Very disappointing to learn upon check in especially since we have two teens. Apparently most things are only available on weekends. The pools are big, modern and clean, I'll give them two thumbs up. However, we rented the double tube for the water slides and apparently that should have warnings about two average size adults using it. My husband and I ended up flipping over and I was hurt quite badly...sadly the life guard didn't even come down to see if I was OK. We watched as other adults came down on the slide with a tube and they two almost flipped, I would imagine we were not the first. This area really needs attention. The food was decent, quite pricey for sure but I guess that was to be expected. We thought we were getting a buffet breakfast but it turned out to be chicharon.. alright but we are not big pork eaters and that was the only option. The grounds were very pretty, we enjoyed the scenery but of course as the place is next to the river, there are bugs. The room was decent, nothing fancy but clean and adequate and we appreciated having two bedrooms. Not much to do at night as most things on the property close at 5:00 pm so bring board games or other entertainment. Overall, we will visit again but it was not worth the price of the overnight stay (especially when we live so close in La Molina) but for others it might provide a nice get-a-way. Plan for the weekend so that you can enjoy some of the things advertised (they really should add details to these things on the website, there is zero info.)
Beautiful country house, rent private, family and matrimonial rooms, with access to swimming pool, barbecue area, ping pong table. Cozy house, fresh air and vegetation, good weather, perfect for couples and family outings. Meal service (additional)
