We stayed here for an overnight stay in April 2022. The room was large and comfortable, and the staff couldnt have been more helpful. Lynne at the desk was wonderful, so polite and attentive! We wouldn't hesitate in booking again in the future. The hotel were also very good with breakfast, as my daughter has allergies. There was plenty she could still enjoy.

My niece had her wedding here last weekend and everyone was raving about the service provided by the staff, especially Leszek Kazmierczak (LK), the Operations Manager. Like magic, he would appear out of nowhere whenever any guest needed help or had a question. He was particularly helpful with my mum who was in a wheelchair. I don't think he ever sleeps!!! The hotel itself is very nicely furnished. We stayed in a triple room and the high ceilings made the room very spacious and there was tea-making facilities and a small safe. Dinner in the restaurant on Friday night for a group of 5 was a real pleasure and once again the service made all the difference. The wedding itself was held in the Pavillion across the lawn and made for a really excellent venue for photos, and it was easy for guests to cross the lawn back to the main hotel for the reception. Thanks again LK for making the weekend so fabulous. Best wishes from Barbara and Mum

A long delayed birthday lunch and they didn’t disappoint Attentive engaging staff and superbly cooked and presented food . It’s not the cheapest but the standard of the food outstrips what you pay . You would pay much more for this quality food

Local attractions include the famous Priory church, Highcliffe Castle, the New Forest and beaches. Conveniently located for Christchurch train station, local shops and amenities and Christchurch town centre. Our Christchurch (East) hotel has everything you'd expect, including our new, modern rooms with comfy kingszize Hypnos beds and our Beefeater restaurant next door serving freshly cooked meals.
Nice, big room but no aircon. They have provided a fan but unfortunately it wasn’t enough for us to feel comfortable. We all woke up absolutely drenched in sweat. Outside temperature was around 12-14C. The only thing the fan provided was background ‘white’ noise to cancel out noise from room above us. I think in the heat of summer these rooms would be unbearably hot. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Large parking lot.

Discover a gem of a spot, close to the wonderful Dorset World Heritage Coast, at the Premier Inn Hotel Christchurch West. A great find whether you're on the hunt for business deals or just a few days away. With a wealth of waterside treasures within minutes, you could be messing about on the river, harbour or sea. Or if you prefer the greens and great outdoors, polish your swing at Ferndown or Parley or head for the peace and quiet of the New Forest. Then, when it's time to turn in, set a course for our great restaurant and extra-comfy beds.
Very helpful staff, we stayed in an accessible room, all was good and easy to use. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The bathroom was well designed and the car parking was at hand. Stayed in Premier Inns before and have always been happy but this one stood out.

We were a group of 13 altogether to celebrate my 60th birthday. We had a 3 x bed and 2x2 bed apartments, all with river views. The accommodation was extremely comfortable, clean and well furnished. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lot of banter and laughs with the bar staff (Harry - you somehow did get the forecast right)! I’d like to give James (on Reception) a shout out too, although he was not on duty the weekend of our visit, we did get to have a quick chat in the car park, but when we visited twice to do a recce to finalise our booking, he was so helpful with local places of interest and giving us a tour of the rooms and hotel facilities. Dinner on Saturday evening was superb, with a very good menu choice. Breakfast Saturday and Sunday definitely set us up for the day! Location is really good with lots of amenities on your doorstep. We all took the ferry down to Hengistbury Head and then did a leisurely scenic walk back catching the little Wick ferry back to the Hotel. Highly recommend and we are thinking of making it an annual event! Highly recommend and thanks for contributing to making my belated birthday celebration a success.

Hotel was pretty run down and in need of some work. Bathroom was dirty especially inside the bath/shower area. Funny smell within the room. Room was pretty noisy but my room was near the main road. No hotel parking and carpark didn't feel very secure with my tools in the works vehicle.
