Reviewed By dndeatWe chose this hotel for our family and friends who were travelling to our wedding so we could all stay together. Every family had an issue with their room, and the cleanliness upon check in was appalling. Reception staff were also rude to lose guests and made my elderly grandmother wait in the cold for an Uber instead of the lobby, even though she was a paying guest. Do not recommend.

The motel staff were helpful in meeting our requirement for a ground floor room and parking outside our room was available. The motel is situated away from the main road, reducing traffic noise. We would have enjoyed a swim in the pool had the weather been warmer.

Reviewed By aces_crack3dVery good stay here at the ibis for what i needed at the time. Very quiet comfortable living for the price and close to everything i needed. Comfortable bed and quiet clean room. Across the road literally got some good fast food joints oportos harrys pies and peas and the kebab shop otherwise a minute or two walk from kfc and maccas if in fix of a good meal and dont want to drive other wise vending machine on the groundlevel if not very picky Counter staff were fantastic and helpful even when i had to check out a day earlier due to unforseen circumstances even let me know that my phone charger i left behind in a rush would be put out the back which even idk when ill swing by again this year but the thought and gesture was enough to show good form from the manager!

Reviewed By PeterG873Good location for us. Next door to the catholic club and a short walk to some shopping centres and restaurants. About half way between MacArthur and Campbelltown stations. Hotel is modern and clean. Room was spacious. Under ground parking was excellent. No traffic noise. Staff at front desk were very friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant looked good and were open. All in all - a pleasant place to stay in Campbelltown.

OK for an overnight stay, sort of
Reviewed By mjgxxThis was cheap (for Campbelltown) to stay at for an overnight stay on my way from QLD to Melbourne, Campbelltown is just off the freeway. The aircon worked to heat the room, had a good hot shower and the TV worked fine. On the other hand, there was no security chain on the door and the door lock was very basic, I would not stay here again due to the lack of security. The chairs were uncomfortable metal ones. There was a small round table but it had the microwave on it so could not be used to sit at. You could sit at the bench in the room. Room was spacious with room for a couch but there wasn't one. In bathroom, all original fittings (1970's?) and shower is over the bath. I was in the end room and when I asked about wifi code, was given it on a bit of paper and warned the room was a bit far from the wifi. This was correct, wifi did not work at all, could not login. There were about 10 other cars outside the rooms, so place was half full, so is getting some custom

The motel offers a range of superb accommodation at reasonable rates.We can cater for the individual traveller, families and large sporting groups. All the rooms have a private balcony,or patio, well lit work desk and large spacious bathroom.We also have a beautiful a la carte restaurant on site with a welcoming bar area and conference room.

From its Restaurant , swimming pool, spa , sauna , gym ,rooms are comfortable! Air-conditioned, Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!
