Within the complex we have two swimming pools, one adult and one children's, a jacuzzi, collective barbecue, sports court, playground and a large area with flowers and plants, in total are 9000 square meters of property.

Reviewed By Marcus FImprove reception trainning. They create some history that I brough someone to sleep with me without any prove. What embarasing episode that i need to explain that was not true and they didn`t believe me. To get worse, the room service opened my room door without any permision when I was taking a shower and saw me naked. Nice surprise!! Never come back

Reviewed By Emanuel BI spent almost two weeks there with my wife and daughter. It was good. It is one block away from the beach. The rooms are nice but they have thin walls so you hear the people on rooms next to yours. The breakfast service was good. The hotel has 3 small swimming pools on a small space one of the covered but the water was cold.

Attilio, The Owner, is a great host but Also all The staff, from Guadalupe to Mike were all very handy, helpful and polite. The hotel is on the beach. The location is super convenient, very close to Canaisveiras and Jurere to the south (Where You find most of The best restaurants, bars and nightlife of the all island), and amazing beaches to the North such as Punta de Canas, Lagoinha and Praia Brava (one of the most beautiful I've been to in Floripa). Definitely know the place to go next time I'll be in Florianopolis. Great value, location and staff. Last but not least the room are furnished nicely and you will have your own kitchen and mini fridge, but they also have a little cozy restaurant right on the beach.

Reviewed By Walney MTudo muito bem organizado! Limpo e seguro. Quartos com fogão e microondas, que facilita o preparo das refeições e geladeira para deixar a cervejinha estupidamente gelada. Mercado e padaria próximos do Residencial. Churrasqueira para fazer aquele churras. E redes para descansar. A solicitude dos proprietários Lais e Cristiano é fenomenal, sempre prontos a solucionar o que for preciso. Já frequento esta pousada a mais de 15 anos e recomendo sem pestanejar!!!

Reviewed By joa-17Las habitaciones son amplias pero a tener en cuenta: No hay aire acondicionado, a la tarde da tooooodo el sol en el frente por lo cual nosotros teníamos el cuarto y sin aire y era imposible estar dentro del apart. No cuenta con tele en el dormitorio, pero si en el living...y lo malo que es el wifi es indescriptible, si nos conectamos veces en una semana es mucho. Dicen que la ubicación es a 50m de la playa cuando la realidad es que está a 100 ya que es una cuadra entera hasta llegar a la misma. Cada vez que llegábamos al aparte el olor era nauseabundo, como a cloaca, desagradable por completo.La habitación es amplia y cómoda, pero decir que es cómoda y morir de calor no están de la mano, tienen una especie de ventilador pero ni anda. Teníamos 2 bombitas quemadas las cuales nunca fueron cambiadas y el ventilador de techo tuvimos que arrancarlo "Manualmente"ya que tampoco funcionaba y la velocidad máxima no vuela ni un papel de la mesa. Sufrimos en la estadía del calor por estas malas pasadas. La chica de la limpieza va cada 2 días, lo cual es una locura ya que estamos todo el tiempo yendo hacia la playa y es muy incómodo tener arena por todos lados, y lo mismo con los cambios de sábanas y de toallas...horrible! La verdad que como experiencia fue negativo, pero el viaje a Floripa es increíblemente bello por lo cual este detalle no menor de la posada no nos arruinó el viaje tan esperado y planificado.
