Reviewed By pat lWe arrived very late at night to check in and there were prom kids all over the place. We had not checked in so we had no key to open the door and the front desk clerk would not let us in so we had to get other guests to let us in - really defeats the safety aspect of locking the door. The room was fine and we had no problems.

So quiet ! With the balcony and the quiet of the room , I forgot that I was in Brooklyn center for a minute.

Reviewed By jamesbM7116JXESA Brooklyn Center was an absolutely fantastic place. They have the friendliest staff I've ever met and were cleaner than some high priced tourist destinations I've been to! All of the other guests were similarly wonderful as well. The two weeks I stayed here while moving honestly felt like home. They were great and I can't recommend it highly enough.

Poor service from the GM!
Reviewed By christT882CEStayed a couple times and have unfortunately had to deal with the new lady GM. She is by far extremely unprofessional and lacking the knowledge on how to run even a limited service hotel. I would suggest any other hotel in the area because if the GM is unprofessional and rude, you can only imagine how the rest of her staff is!

Reviewed By bobber84mnWas given keys to a room on third floor. When we walked in it smelled like marijuana. Went back to front desk (elevator was sketchy!). Gave me keys to the room next to the first one. Back to the elevator and up to third floor. This room smelled worse than the first!!! Very strong cigarette smell. Back to the front desk…..I was assured that it was a smoke free building. I asked if they used to allow smoking. I was told no. They apologized and offered me a room on the first floor. This room was disgusting! In need of a remodel. Holes in shades and blankets, long hair strands on bed. Did not feel comfortable at all in the room. Walked back to the front desk. Decided to leave the hotel. I was told I would be refunded for the room. One star for not charging me!!

Terrible Stay
Reviewed By QueenDiva1stI paid for an additional night and informed staff that I was doing this in order for me to get a good night's stay. My room was completely nasty my microwave was dirty as well and staff kept asking me for change. In addition to this, I informed staff of the many other things that was wrong and I was woke up the first night after 10:30 p.m. which was initially when I first fell asleep which means I did not go to sleep for hours after that. I told staff about all of the issues that I was having only to be adjusted $20 on my bill. While I did not ask for any adjustment I literally pay for an additional night for absolutely nothing. I would not recommend this hotel at all because the service was completely horrible and it was a complete waste of money. I actually didn't get any rest or sleep or comfort while I was here.

Reviewed By 512bharatkI was in a few weeks ago and was helped by a woman at the front desk and I think her name was Val or Valerie and she was great! So was very helpful and respectful. She went above and beyond to assist me with a place to stay while I was in her city. I look forward to staying again as we had great talk about sports and our kids.
