Hard to win on slots
Reviewed By icpainI've never won big on slots but I've seen others do quite well. I really like the self serve beverage area on the dollar side and wish there was one on the penny side. The bathrooms are cleaner on the dollar side.

Way less than expected
Reviewed By WrinkldogI’ll start with the two positives. Adlai at breakfast with his bright and positive attitude- that was truly refreshing and made the start to my day much better - thank you! Margarita at the front desk also had a wonderful positive attitude and smile- very refreshing. We are diamond members. No diamond perks, always an excuse why not. Checked into room, toilet not working on first flush-why if the room was just serviced? Front line employees tried hard, but their hands tied by their direct management and their unfriendly policies it appears. They looked beat down and overworked- I don’t blame them, I blame Regis particular hotels management. We try to stay at Hilton garden Inn when they are available on our trips. But this one is not up to the standards of most others. Continental breakfast was really lacking. Rooms are out dated and shower tiles full of grime, could use some good deep cleaning, but shower pressure was great. Bed and pillows were very comfy, sheets soft. Probably won’t be staying here again. Not a value/good choice for the price paid.

Disappointing Stay
Reviewed By FltEngCPODisappointing stay for a business trip for work at Barksdale AFB. On check-in when I informed them that I was tax exempt, but had to go get my form from a coworker, the front desk clerk told me I could bring in down before checkout indicating no rush. When I brought it down the next day the new front desk person said they would only honor the tax exempt from that point forward, I tried again the next morning before checking out to no avail even though I used a government credit card for my stay. Now I get to deal with the Manager later in hopes of fixing it after the fact. Breakfast was all microwave prepackaged and not what I expect from a Residence Inn experience. As seems to be common among hotels these days, I had no housekeeping during my stay. Another shortcut to keep an extra buck and not pay staff.

Reviewed By obaderyI traveled from Dallas to Shreveport to visit friends I haven’t seen in almost 30 years and Hampton inn and suites made my trip worthwhile. Friendly staff, clean rooms, high speed WiFi, business center, gym, pool and other amenities are consistent characteristics of this hotel. Try it, you will not be disappointed!
