The bathroom met all of my accessibility requirements as did the kitchenette and bedroom. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We arrived on a Sunday night when normally room service meals are not available, but we were asked if we'd like home cooked fish and chips and a garden salad. It was the best fish and chips we've had in a long time!

We stayed here twice as we went through on our road trip to Central Queensland. On the first occasion there was no soap in the shower at all. The service on arrival was very poor with hardly any interaction. The rooms are very comfortable - bed is great and they are very new. Amenities high standard and Pod Coffee provided. Hotel across the road - easy walk, has a decent menu and food is good. The Motel restaurant was closed. A little noisy as I was kept awake by the person snoring next door. As we left I informed the person I checked in with that we had no soap - the response - "Ok". No apology or explanation. On our way back through we stayed again. Same greeting on arrival. I went back to order breakfast and paid with cash. I ordered the fruit cup to realise it was packaged and informed her that I did not wish to purchase it. The total cost of the breakfast which had to be prepaid was $7. I gave her a $5 note and 2 $1 coins. She then had to refund for the fruit cup which was $3.50. She refunded me $2 and I looked at her. She was confused and did not want to open the cash draw. I offered to go back to my room and get the right money, and she then opened the cash draw. I then suggested I take the $2 back and give her the $5 note and she give me change. She then gave me .50c change. I then explained that it should be $1.50. She was confused. This room we discovered - the conditioner was empty and the hand soap was empty. Free internet was extremely slow and had to hotspot to my phone instead. For $140 per night this was all very disappointing, particularly not having soap in a COVID environment.

Under New Management! Biloela Palms Motor Inn and Palms Restaurant is a friendly 4 star establishment featuring an on-site restaurant and only a minute from the heart of Biloela. The restaurant is open to guests and the general public, Monday to Thursday from 6pm.
Room was clean, well stocked with Tea and coffee and had all you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was of good quality at a great price. Location proved quieter than expected as we had a room facing the main road but it wasn't an issue. Staff were polite but a bit hurried and distant.

The Biloela Hotel has just under gone and extensive renovation and restoration. The Hotel now has a stylish Bistro that offers modern Australian cuisine with some standout signature dishes. The venue also has a new trendy Beer Garden with raised deck areas featuring a pool table and a massive outdoor Big Screen. The area is perfect for entertaining and socialising with family and friends. The Hotel is also now specialised in catering to functions offering grazing tables and platters to suit any event. The accommodation has also been completely remodelled and upgraded and has both Classic Hotel style rooms and more modern Motel style suites. Both very comfortable and affordable. The original Drive Thru bottle shop is also now operational and somewhere you can now purchase those refreshments and is located at the rear of the property.
Booked a room with balcony, no balcony, fridge not even turned on, 40 degree day and AC not turned on. Prepared to support the business by eating and drinking in house Having cocktails in the hotel and ordered Koji ribs small plate (too hot to eat much) but told they were not available and I could have other ribs but they would not do them as a small plate (only available at double the price). Really poor and unhelpful staff. Won't be back.

I stayed there for one night with family on 27th Feb. Kylie the manager took $50 on 7th Feb because she found stain in the bedsheet. Two question I have 1) with out informing how can she use my card to debit it. 2) she is complaining about bed sheet has stain after 7 days of my departure. I am a doctor stayed 10 nights in The Shore Mackay and many many places each year, no one has ever done it to us. So my clear advice don't go to this The Heavens Biloela.
