On The Way And Will ETA 1 Hour But Try To Call Property But Nobody Pick Up. 1 Hour 30 Minute KEEP CALLING CALL But Still Can’t Get It. I’m Really Upset. Can’t Brain How This Happen. REALLY BAD SERVICE ON CHECK IN TIME. Management Please Do Something About This Matter. Everything Was Good At My Room.

Not super modern but quite nice
Reviewed By ELAYTEEStayed for 3 nights in a Deluxe room with a twin bed. Paid around £38 per night / 220MYR. The grounds are very nice and well maintained. Room is spacious, clean and bright with a garden view. It was not the most modern however very good quality with firm comfortable beds. AC was strong. Front desk staff, security and housekeeping are all friendly and helpful. I primarily used the room for work, so did not really test out any of the amenities (golf, pool, gym etc). Wifi was not the fastest and would occasionally disconnect, making it difficult for video meetings. I would return again in the future with more intentions of relaxing!

Hotel Tenera will be a new landmark in this city.

Reviewed By datin_tanIt is a relatively new property but not well maintained. The apartment is spacious however not clean. Bad odours in the room and you might found cockroaches in the room. Breakfast could be better. Location is not good as it is not near to any eateries or convenient shop. You definitely can find somewhere better with the same room rate. Again, avoid this hotel.

Reviewed By juliahI1967IQIt's time for the housekeeper to call in a pest control, have squashed a few mosquito in the my room n plus 2 creepy crawlers on the room wall n on the floor. Room small n sufficient but definitely need to kill all the pest in this hotel!!!!

Nearby- Restaurants in close proximity of the hotel include Miller's Kitchen Restaurant, Nature Veggies and Yes Thai Restaurant Malacca.
Quiet location
Reviewed By esquire838The bane of cheap roadside hotels in Malaysia is the noise one gets from the motorbikes and cars even in the wee hours. This one is nestled away from the main street and is quiet. If that is what you are looking forward to, then this is the place. Texas chicken and some other eateries are just across the road. The larger double room has better value for money than the single one as its only a fiver add-on. Furnishings a tad skimpy but then what do you expect for a next to nothing budget place just to sleep and bathe. Parking is off street but the hotel provide coupons for sale (so you may prepay at designated times when you may still be sleeping). Hotel is 4 storeys but theres a ramp and lift. The pictures here are of a small single room I stayed during the first night. So you understand why I switched to a larger room.

Clean Room, Good Service
Reviewed By SheaSoniaI wish I had discovered this hotel earlier. Their service is very good, very accommodating in allowing me for early check-in and late check-out. Rate is fair considering the location. The hotel has no elevator and toilet in the room is raised, accessed by steps but those are the only cons in my opinion. Room I got was on the first floor. It is spacious, bright and clean. Aircond and hot shower decent. Recommended for young travellers who don't mind climbing up some stairs.
