Excellent value for a relaxing holiday
Reviewed By soosedi2The hotel has spacious rooms with modern furnishings. Both the spa and the restaurant are super! You can smell the good fresh air of the countryside and walk along the cosy streets of the village or in the neighbouring small forest.

Amidst the typical rolling landscape of southern Burgenland- just 1 1/4 hours away from Vienna- there is the AVITA resort Bad Tatzmannsdorf. You cannot only plunge into pure thermal water, have a sauna in one of Austria's most beautiful sauna areas with 20 (!) sauna cabins but you can also give your body a treat by wellness massages. This is pure AVITA- luxury for body, mind and soul!
Pleasant resort, but expensive for what it is
Reviewed By HorstP_12We loved the breakfast (10/10), but found the dinner fancy but overall very disappointing, no flexibility with food changes, rooms ok but not great (shower, no bath tub, extra charge for using coffee capsules in the room (!!!), extra charge for using the therme on check-out day, extra charge for using the fancy beds/rooms at the therme even though resort is already expensive, did not accept AmEx at check-out even though AmEx sticker is displayed, TV in room modern but no option of NETFLIX or Amazon Video. What we liked: room key on wrist opening not only room but also access to Therme, plenty of bath towels, good noise isolation in room, excellent and free of charge ebikes, plenty options in the Therme in terms of pools and saunas, plenty of space everywhere. The biggest problem is that it was too expensive for what it was, with dinner quality and room being the drawbacks

Exceptional hotel spa with a large indoor pool and equally large, connected outdoor pool. Water temperature was very pleasant. Various underwater massage spouts. Three different kinds of healthy water to drink in the spa.

The best experience ever
Reviewed By Lénárd NWe were visiting for the weekend the SPA nearby, and we stayed at Hotel Simon. The owner I very helpful and polite, this was my best experience in Austria ever. We got possibility for late check-in, tips for the weekend, and e-bikes for visiting the surroundings. We even get a rescue when one of our bikes stopped working by the owner himself. He claims to prepare the best coffee in Burgenland, and he won some price on that. The coffee is delicios, we had the opportunity to taste it. The whole place has a very positive and familiar vibe. Worth visiting it.

Great place to stay
Reviewed By HIstvanWe normally try to book a room here when we are in Bad Tatzmannsdorf. The location of the house is great, it is just 2 minutes drive from Avita Therme, but it is quiet and calm. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is awesome, the staff is friendly. It also provides a discounted entry to the Therme. What else would you need? :)

Very friendly, central, comfortable
Reviewed By IDea1Booked there on short notice as we came for the "Motomotion" fare in Oberwart (btw: worth going there). Got the appartment booked which was basically meant for 2 persons but the owners nicely arranged a third bed in the appartment. Basically it was not an apparment - in the sense other hotels usually sell it to you - but it's a flat. We had loads of space what the kids really liked a lot (in addition to the elevator). There is a short term parking area in this village - apparently as well on the weekend - but the owners help you to deal with that ;-) Breakfast was in the bar aside the house from where the rooms are. It was buffett-style and covered all you could think of. Actually I can definitely recommend this place as the service is just fantastic and so is the location.

If you wanna relax
Reviewed By SzakfeThis is a family owned, renewed hotel in the center, close to a park, some 10 minutes walk from the thermal bath. Clean, quiet rooms, good food, family feeling. If you want to spend a couple of relaxing days, it is the right place! We rented an e-bike for a day (we needed this feature, the village is in a valley, you always have to climbe up to the small mountains, and it's a great fun to bike - with less effort!)
