Super friendly reception - your car is taken care of easily and you are really in the center of the city. And do not forget to reserve time in the excellent Spa. Also very nice breakfast - we were really happy!

Palazzo Guiderocchi, an authentic 15th-century noble palace, near the splendid Piazza del Popolo, the heart of Ascoli Piceno, has been the Cancelleria del Censo, the ecclesiastical court and the notary archives. Thanks to an important work of recovery, Palazzo Guiderocchi, today, is a charming hotel, in the center of the Marche, a beautiful and mysterious land still to be discovered. The refined and welcoming atmosphere of the Superior, Deluxe, Junior Suite and Executive Junior Suite!
We booked a junior suite and were delighted with an upgrade to room 37 an executive suite. Huge bed on the loft portion of the room. Big main room with sofa bed and the usual luxuries for this type of property. View out the window and main entrance added below. Nice walking areas in this downtown historic center location. Excellent staff. First class breakfast buffet. Note: Do not arrive on a Wednesday market day before 2pm. We circled the whole town twice because of an 11am arrival. Use valet parking for sure.

The Di Sabatino Resort is located in a renovated historic building in the heart of Ascoli, a few steps from the splendid Piazza del Popolo. In 21 suites the comfort of the hotel service is combined with the freedom and privacy of your own home.
I came to Ascoli Piceno and the Di Sabatino Resort with the intention of staying 4 nights. Both the town and the hotel are so charming that I ended up staying 2 1/2 weeks! I immediately felt at home at the Di Sabatino...all of the staff, particularly Eleanora and Francesca on Reception...are welcoming and eager to help. The hotel is modern and clean, the rooms spacious and mine included a washing machine and breakfast is served on a terrace overlooking the rooftops and one of many churches. The Resort is very centrally located. I look forward to my next visit and can highly recommend the Di Sabatino to any traveler!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in spite of constant rain and cold weather in Ascoli Piceno. The staff was cordial and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable with a spacious bath and plenty of closet space. The breakfast lots to be desired. We were asked each night to fill out a sheet by marking our breakfast selections. It was mostly breads or sandwiches. The coffee and cappuccino was consistently cold. The only other complaint is that the beds are hard as concrete. We woke up every morning with sore backs and legs.

This is a very nice hotel, beautifully located. The staff is friendly and the facilities are good. The food in the restaurant is delicious and worth it and make sure to get some local wine. The only remark would be that the bathroom looks old, but it is clean. Also, the hallway is quite noisy, so it would be recommendable to book a suite or room with balcony. All in all, we would surely recommend this beautiful place!

We spent one night in a family room. Hotel is simple but the room we had was large with a double bed and a sofa bed. We - essentially four adults - had no problems being in the same room together. Breakfast is at a café 3 minutes walk away. You get a voucher for a coffee and a cornetto. One plus is that the room had a coffee machine with capsules. Staff at reception were kind. It does not seem possible to park on the street in the city centre. You need a residents card and the parking area was full. So we used the locked garage offered by the hotel (15 euros a night), which is about 400 metres away. Recommended.

To put you at ease we give our guests the opportunity to enjoy free wi-fi. We also provide a linens for the rooms, the towels for the bathroom. We are an honest and heart for us and the guest of honor is, but only by trying it they can be sure. In the hope that the reader will give us confidence, we thank you cordially.
Hotel in an ancient building, very beatiful in the real city centre. The staff is a family which will love helping you discover the amazing Ascoli Piceno. Breakfast is very good and with full of choice: also very good home-made cakes are there for you. If you want a place where nobody asks you how you feel and if you need help, this is not the place for you...but any inhabitant of Ascoli Piceno is friendly and proud of his city :-) Clean and nice rooms. Car parking is discounted for B&B hosts. Note just that it is secondo floor with no lift: in case of problems with that, better prefer the B&B piazza Viola which belongs to the same family and is wonderful as well but first floor only!

Is a more business hotel in terms of location once they have a lot of different industries around. They have a nice restaurant at the hotel, with good local food. Their staff are nice. Breakfast don´t have a lot of options, but is fair considering price. Bathroom is good, but the room too small (hard bed). I heard a lot of the noise of other rooms. Extremely beautiful outside.
