Best Western Asaba has remained focused in the hotels industry. It remained one of the best in the whole of the state capital city. It is a place where my friends had always strived to be whenever we were in Asaba or environs.

Sweet Spirit is a very cosy and warm hotel with a healthy drink to welcome each guest as you step in. The hotel's standard can be measured with very good hotels outside the country, it should just ensure to keep up with adequate maintenance. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. This is my second stay, and I'll surely stay again when I'm in Asaba. It's indeed home away from home.

Our hotel takes pride in the serenity of our environment and the comfort of our rooms.
Paid 25 thousand for the room ... Room 102.... Was given a discount of #5,000 From there it all went bad.... Ordered for peppered snail and I was actually poisoned the snail wasn't well cooked. Spent the entire night throwing up Ordered for plantain and egg, and I got burnt plantain and stale eggs The next day , they refused serving their complimentary breakfast to the room as I wasn't strong enough to come down to the restaurant due to the food poisoning the night before I grudgingly made an order for bread and tea, and they brought stale bread and egg without tea.... When the tea finally came was like 30 minutes later , and then it was predictably cold .... It's strange that a Suite (Room 102) does not have even an electric kettle Let's move to the bathroom , where the bathtub is clogged and my partner had to wait for over an hour then take her bathe as the water just didn't flow out. Oh and the mosquitoes ..... I regret wasting my money and I'm thankful I survived the night

The lounge and bar area is truly exquisite and I enjoyed the morning buffet. Pretty good chef. I was surprised they had a night club which is built "underground" of the hotel building. I plan to return, no doubt.

This is a very nice hotel. There is security at the gate but not much present in the hotel itself. Ample room for parking is available. If you do not drive there are cabs available just outside of the hotel. There is no Wi-Fi at this hotel so make sure your mobile has enough data to hotspot. The room I had was very clean and well kept. Good air conditioning and a nice range of TV channels to watch. The food is nice at the hotel and there is an outside bar. Next door to the hotel is a one stop shop which has everything you might need. I feel this hotel is good value for money and there is a nice cinema just down the road opposite the hall of assembly.

I think the hotel needs to wake up , classier hotels have since overtaken them. I only lodged there because the hotel close by was full and it was late at night. It's funny when u visit their rooms , and you experience musty smells , brown bedsheets, torn upholstery, yet still with an exorbitant price. When the hotel just a stone throw away-Best Western have cheaper rooms, and a more serene environment. The Hotel management seriously needs to change their orientation and maybe change some old staff , because they lack courtesy. The entire hotel needs an upheaval from top to bottom
