Good location but bad service, no cleaning... not recommended!
Reviewed By sofke8868We stayed in one of the apartments for three nights. First, the good thing about these apartments is that they're well located in Arroyo Frio. The beds/matresses were rather comfortable as well... ... but... there was dog hair all over the beds, it was clear that the bedspread hadn't been washed nor vacuumed (that's the least they could do). There was a small kitchen in the corner of the apartment... everything was dirty and greasy, some things were really disgusting. So we didn't use the kitchen. The breakfast was a bit awkward. The first two mornings we were given a few slices of cheese and ham to put on the (roasted) bread and two whole parts of pate (which honestly tasted bad). The third morning there was a buffet, which was a bit better as we could choose what we wanted. There's no wifi coverage in the rooms (at least not in the apartment we stayed in). We had to use internet / wifi in the restaurant. That's the only place where it seemed to work. No English spoken in this property.

Reviewed By Julie FArrived after a long drive to a friendly welcome, the apartment was extremely clean and in good condition. The pool and garden areas are lovely. No parking within the grounds, but there is free parking within walking distance. Location is perfect, short walk from restaurants and supermarket and there is a lovely riverside walk that starts just steps away. We had our small dog with us and he was made to feel welcome. We would recommended El Parral and we would stay here again on our next trip to the area.

Beds a bit tough... Nice place though!
Reviewed By Laura CThe people there were great, and the service good.... But if you need a softer bed and quiet, this is not so great. I understand it's a vacation place and to simply drop your stuff and hike... But I didn't get much rest. Great pool though, and bathrooms ;)

Reviewed By Cristina1522MEl Hostal está ubicado en plena naturaleza así que es el lugar perfecto para desconectar y descansar. Hemos pasado una muy buena estancia en este establecimiento. El personal del hostal es muy amable y atento. Si tuviera que puntuarlos son de 10/10. Cenamos allí una noche y todo estaba riquísimo. El desayuno también muy correcto. Las instalaciones limpias y la cama muy cómoda. Muy recomendable

Reviewed By jsanchezh80Cabañas acogedoras, con un entorno muy bien cuidado y bonito, te hace pensar que te encuentras en mitad del campo pero cuando sales realmente estás en el centro de Arroyo Frío. Disponen de aire acondicionado. Recomendable
