Reviewed By 247LiveLifeThis is a great hotel for families who want to stay by the seaside, but when we arrived, most of the restaurants and bars along the beach were closed! The guy behind reception was very helpful, and tried to find us a place that was open, and he arranged a taxi for us as well! Aircon was not working in the room, but it was basic but comfortable

La nostra camera era molto spaziosa, moderna e dotata di tutti i confort, inoltre abbiamo avuto la possibilità di custodire le nostre biciclette da corsa in un luogo sicuro. Colazione ottima e abbondante con frutta fresca, yogurt e torte artigianali. Ma la differenza l’ha fatta la figura di Francesca, presenza fantastica mai invadente e sempre disponibile, che con la sua simpatia ci ha fatto sentire a casa. B&B super consigliato!

Property located at 1,300 meters. from "Lavinio Sea" and 1,200 meters from the train station that allows to reach Rome in about an hour and a few minutes to reach Anzio from where hydrofoils leave for the islands of Ponza and Ventotene. The en suite rooms are equipped with all amenities and a private entrance.
Lovely place and great host
Reviewed By SarahS14374We spent one night at Di mare Di sale my boyfriend, our little dog and I. We really enjoyed our time there : clean and quiet place, very good breakfast in a lovely backyard, very nice host, confortable bed and pet friendly hotel ! We would come back for sure!! It's a little bit far by walk from the beach but you can easily take a bus that drives you to a beautiful beach in less than 15 minutes.

Reviewed By mrsmorecambeOn arrival the host wasn't available, her daughter showed me to the room while my husband parked the car. I wasn't offered any help with 4 items of luggage up 2 flights of stairs. My husband bumped into the host later and wasn't offered any local information, maps, etc. Breakfast was awful. The first morning 2 half empty bottles of juice were produced from the fridge in the office/breakfast area, 1 open carton of uht milk, there was also a flask of almost cold coffee. The next morning the same uht milk was produce, after sniffing it the host put it on the table, it was completely off and curdled in my coffee. Only one bottle of juice was left and it was almost empty and past its best. We had breakfast after we left.

The B & B "Paradise by the sea" takes its name from its ideal location on the Roman coast of Anzio. The structure includes two B & B, managed respectively by father and daughter. The villa built in the early '50s by Amedeo Nazzari famous actor, who loved to organize parties with the international jet set and used it to relax in his corner of paradise
Nice beach but thats it
Reviewed By carl dVery nice building overlooking a beautifull beach. But 45 min. walk from the center so you definitively need your own car or your bicycle. The BB is in zone where even 2G doesn't work and their wifi is a sad thing, not working at all. Shower is an adventure, scalding hot and icy cold at the same time. Weird. Staff is kindly said not very intrested but that atitude seems to be a quite common thing in Anzio. Too near Roma, maybe. We re far from the hospitality you encounter in other regions. Only the cleaning woman is helpfull and smiling. Rooms are small and hot. The place is saved by its really nice beach. If you don' t intend to spend the day in the water, avoid, otherwise it is -once again- one of the best beach you can find.

Reviewed By Monica732013Raccomando questo b&b è bellissimo confortevole e con piscina idromassaggio , immersa in un giardino curatissimo . Oste eccellente e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa . Sono rimasta 3 giorni in pieno relax . Uscendo trovi di tutto e a soli 9 km cè anzio .

Annoying dog
Reviewed By Bára RWe visited this hotel in May 2018. The location of this hotel is good, rooms are small, old equipped and not everything works in the room. The garden is full of dogs which are constantly barking at the night and the owner doesn’t care at all. We could not do anything about it even though we tried. I would not stay in this hotel again.
