Good hotel for reasonable price
Reviewed By sbrata741254Generally hotel is very good. Parking place was available upon our arrival. We had to wait at reception 10 minutes for check-in, only one receptionist was at the desk. Windows in our room were quite dusty from outside. Some items in bedroom and bathroom looked aged. Scupper of shower was blicked. But no special comments about cleanliness.

The food was good but I had my soup bowl lifted by a waitress before I had finished and the next course put down heavily in front of me . There is a restaurant area with music on the top floor .Not in use during our stay.

The staff were very efficient and fast at checking in our group of 16 people. The breakfast buffet had a large variety and the food was tasty. The hotel is centrally located and though it was a busy area, the hotel was quiet inside and I slept well.

Average hotel, needs to be managed

All of them who ranked the hotel excellent or very good are new reviewers with 1 reviews. Senior or top contributors ranked it poor or average. I just spent 2 nights and it was not a nightmare but it was a bad hotel experience. The Hotel is on the 6th floor of a business plaza building, difficult to find it. Guys at reception are not professionals but are helpful. Rooms are OK but many things to criticise. The shower, sometimes very hot water, sometimes nearly cold. The heating in the room, the thermostat was not working and the room got hotter and hotter, overnight it was a nightmare and no way to turn it off, and you cannot open windows. Bed was comfortable and large. No alcohol at the hotel at all, even in minibars. If this hotel is a business hotel as management you have to mind it. After 9 pm, it's difficult to find anyone on streets or a decent pub nearby. It's a suburb of Ankara. The hotel is located at an industrial estate there is not too much choice of where to stay, eat, or drink. Unfortunately the hotel is not providing this as well. Breakfast was just OK, not so fresh or special but it's average and you can eat comfortably. I would not recommend staying at this hotel, but if you're busy or anything to do with Ostim or companies nearby you have to stay at this one or you have to face the rush hour traffic.

Reviewed By ramona2We stayed here one night. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable - had a good nights sleep. The restaurant food was average. The hotel is not in a touristic neighborhood and there isn't much nearby.

Room comfort and cleanness are exceptional. The room decoration - with high quality wood, no cheap plastics-, smart room concept that feels your existence, the soft and indirect lighting system are satisfactory to spend time with. Stayed at the most harsh days of the winter season in the city, witnessed heavy snow and -13 degrees Celsius at nights, however the room heating system and uninterrupted hot water never disappoint you. Bathroom shower tap system is very practical-no bad surprises. Daily floor services staff are very helpful and devoted to your needs. The restaurant design, the menu, breakfast options are very rich, you will end up with some extra weight on your belly at your return flight thanks to Turkish cuisine! The cooks are amazing and serving staff are very fast, indeed their recommendations are tailored for your delight. Restaurant team is very capable of handling unexpected emergencies - such as postponed flights due to snow storm and loads of visitors to fill the lobby. The customer representative is willing to meet you from day one till your last day at the lobby, the accounting office and team are super practical to respond the specific demands regarding the invoices and other official financial documents required by my sponsors. All field managers are very active and support you the minute you demand. There are also swimming pool, fitness area and spa services, though I did not have time to try. Prayer rooms for men and women are also specially cared. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel, meet all the people who make the place unique, not only by its luxury, but also its warm atmosphere.
