A great disappointment
Reviewed By Felixo37I made reservation for this hotel for 24th-26th August, 2021 but on getting to the hotel at about 4:30pm on the 24th of August, 2021, I was informed by the reception that even though I had a reservation, there is no room for me as the hotel is fully booked. Meanwhile, I made my reservation about 3 weeks before my scheduled travel date and I did not receive any message that my reservation has been cancelled. You can then imagine my disappointment. My disappointment increased when Hotel.ng the online booking firm that I made the reservation through called me a day later to find out how I am enjoying my say in the hotel. They said that the hotel confirmed my reservation and never got back to them on any issues. This is a big flaw in management which will definitely affect my use of the hotel in future or recommending it to any one.

Reviewed By Angel WNo far from Onitsha or Awka , with live music in the evening its certainly a place to relax and enjoy a hotel in Ogidi town. Try the Grilled Fish , always worth it... Multiple display of TV to watch your favourite football team with great atmosphere to bask in.

For a new property, the state of their rooms leave a lot to be desired
Reviewed By SpirodesiSpent the last 2 nights in this hotel. For a hotel I was told opened only last year, they certainly need to look at their maintenance culture. The tap head in the room I stayed in was already dislodged, the shower is a mere trickle and you can not get hot water from it. And I was on the ground floor where the pressure should be high! Certainly not my preferred option if I revisit the town

Amazing hotel
Reviewed By Pelete1Wow this place is awesome. Stayed here for my wedding and the staff were amazing and courteous. Words can’t describe. You should pay a visit it’s every young couples dream. The settings are amazing with lovely swimming pool area. Easily accessible fast food is available on the compound and kids area too. Well done.

Great place to come and Stay for Drinks and Relaxation
Reviewed By Uzo UMe and my Fiancé went to FInotel in November 16' for Chapman and Dinner. Initially we wanted to eat outside in at the Bushbar but upon getting there we found that they were out of almost all types of food and even inside the restaurant they "could not" prepare most of the items I requested on the menu. Im not sure why. I do know that we came after a very busy weeken, but I won't hold it against them for now. We didn't stay at the hotel but we were given a tour of most of the rooms all the way up to the Presidential Suite and my Fiancé really loved the decor and the quality. I must say that I am looking forward to our stay at Finotel in the future. The quality of the restaurant was great, and the quality of their chapman drink was wonderful. I think it was definitely the best chapman I've had in all of Nigeria because we went to Lagos and the Chapman which cost twice the price did not even last half as good as the one they served here. Great place good quality and friendly staff. Most of the staffing people inside were modern and up to date youngsters in their twenties and possibly thirties which was great because Ive been to some hotels that were really nice but had some really "washed-up" people working at their front desks. Great place for weddings, a night out, and a relaxing atmosphere

The location was close to Roundabout nnewi. There was light throughout my two(2) days stay, functional intercom,CCTV.
