Outstanding hotel with Excellent Staff
Reviewed By Eszter KMy husband and I visit this hotel usually around our wedding anniversary. We haven't been there since 2019 due to Covid. We were there in the beginning of June 2022. We missed it so much. 5 stars, adults only hotel is a really nice treat. The hotel itself is just spectacular. We travel a lot but this is one of our favorite hotels. If you would like to have a relaxed holiday with excellent food and a wonderful staff this is the place for You. We usually book a Junior Suite, 55 sqm. It was spacious, loved the bed, separate living room, beautiful bathroom and gorgeous views. The spa area is 7000 sqm with pools (indoor, outdoor, salt water pool, whirlpool etc). The sauna world I'm told is also huge.. My husband enjoyed the sauna while I swam. The food was simply exceptional. Breakfast buffet with wide variety of foods, I ate the Ayurveda Muesli everyday...delicious. Lunch was in the Tenzo Restaurant. Very healthy options, lots of salads, soup and usually 1 main hot dish served. My husband loved the Persian Chicken. In the evenings there was always a buffet, one normal menu, one vegan menu. The staff was one of the most exceptional I have encountered. They were kind, helpful and attentive. The area is breathtaking, I took a lot of pictures and I couldn't get enough. I highly recommend this gorgeous hotel!!!

A perfect hotel and holiday for family
Reviewed By markwmclaughlinSporthotel is flawless. Everything for families has been thought of. A short ski break with a 16 month old was a joy. The creche is incredible both in terms of facilities and the people working there and allowed us to ski every day. Thanks so much to Julia and her colleagues. The food is incredible both for adults and children. All the staff are super friendly and thanks to Marina who looked after us every breakfast and dinner. The ski rental is attached to the hotel and the ski lift is across the road. We can't wait to go back next year.

Very nice appartements
Reviewed By Nika KVery good appartements located few minutes drive from ski centres. Rooms are fully and nice equipped, rooms are "alp style" very comfortable and clean. Also dispose with big balcony which was high appreciated. Overall, very good, reasonable price and good location.

Reviewed By P170UIjordangThis hotel was great! Nearly ski in/out with only a two min walk to the lift. The rooms are simple but perfectly functional for what is needed. You won’t want to be in the room anyways with all the beautiful stuff around. The breakfast lunch and dinner are all amazing, they do a great job with the menu and we were not disappointed once our entire stay. Highly recommend and would stay again. Sorry only took food pictures... :) it was just so good.

Whatever the occasion for your visit is, we weill try to meet your individual needs. The hotel Fischerwirt is located directly on the north shore of the Achensee Lake. The boat dock, the beach (paddle boat rental) and volleyball courses (sand) are right in front of the hotel. In the winter you can access the 50 km of cross country skiing slopes right in front of the house. The ski-bus station is a 2 minutes walk away. The Christlum, which is the biggest ski area in the region, is just 800 m away.
Very friendly and comfortable hotel
Reviewed By 901hilaryjI stayed here with a group. We had comfortable rooms (I particularly liked the day bed) , a very warm welcome and excellent food with a good choice. The owner, Christa, was always cheerful and friendly making for a very relaxed stay. The hotel is close to the lake giving good access to the boat.

Amazing Hotel

We booked our stay which includes a half board and was the best thing we did. minutes after we checked in, we were escorted to our reserved table and the fun started. Delicious dishes one after another presented in a very professional way. Not only that but they made special food for our kids to satisfy their desires. One night they prepared their food to be served in our room as my kids loved to stay and watch a movie. They absolutely made us feel at home and well served by the lovely staff. The location of the hotel is only two minutes walking to the lake where you could try many activities. The service is superb. Every person working in this hotel makes every effort to make sure you are happy and enjoying your time. The housekeeping girls are amazing too. The rooms are equipped with everything you might need. 100% we will visit this hotel again in our next trip to Austria.

YMCA style - very low budget style - friendly staff
Reviewed By I DArriving in the room I thought of simply turning around and leaving because I was somehow disappointed. The small window was pointing to the highway. The room had three beds, the bathroom was long with a tub, the light in the room was far too dark, the TV teeny-weeny, spiderwebs beside the bed, a hole in the bedding. Furthermore it was smelling as if someone had smoked in the room though it was a non-smoker room. But then the owner was a nice guy, that I couldn't care less about these facts. So I stayed until breakfast. And this was it. The offer was so limited, no vegetables, no big choice of anything... I preferred to take my breakfast somewhere else then. Parking lot behind the house was practical and also the bed was o.k. Nevertheless not to be recomended for more than a night passing through.
