Hostal Terraza Recreo se ubica en el tradicional Barrio Recreo en Viña del Mar, a 10 minutos caminando hacia el Reloj de Flores y Caleta Abarca. Contamos con habitaciones dobles y triples con baño privado y compartido. Además, disponemos de 2 minidepartamentos con cocina incorporada. Un lugar ideal para disfrutar en pareja o con amigos. Poseemos una amplia terraza equipada con quincho. Somo petfriendly.
Lindo lugar a un precio accesible. Trato muy amable.
Reviewed By k_isabellavgEl hospedaje está a unos 10 minutos aprox. de la zona centro de viña (en auto), es una zona residencial tranquila, un poco alejada de comercios (restaurantes y supermercados), aunque hay minimarkets a unas cuadras. El recibimiento y trato de la dueña del lugar fue muy amable, así como la señora de limpieza. Nos hospedamos por cuatro días, en una habitación con baño. La habitación era un poco pequeña, pero tiene con lo necesario (toallas, agua caliente, frigobar, secadora de cabello) para facilitarte tu estadía. Por el covid, ya no se puede usar la cocina, pero hay microondas y agua gratuita.

Reviewed By Ella SThe name of is correct in that it is very hard to find, especially if you do not have cellular data in Chile! After walking up and down the little street a few times I checked the exact address, found the building, and rang the bell! When I walked in, Juan Pablo told me that there had been a problem with my booking and that I had been upgraded to a private room! I couldn't believe my luck! The room I had was so perfect; it was clean and nicely decorated. The staff there are young, friendly and fun, the other people I met were amazing. Great decor, great service, great vibes. Nice bathrooms. Good breakfast. Fast WiFi. I couldn't recommend this place more! Thanks to all the staff for making me feel at home.

Reviewed By Michael TI liked the fact that you had to ring the outside bell to enter the hotel, so it was not open to strangers just to wander in. It's in a quiet and select part of town; about 30 minutes walk from the bus station and close to shops and restaurants. The beach is about 15 minutes away. I was a solo traveller and initially I was given a single room, which I thought was quite small and dingy. The hotel was fairly quiet so I was able to change to a larger much better room at no extra cost. This double room had a lovely bathroom with a shower that delivered hot water in moments as opposed to hours! There was a flat screen tv on the wall, a big comfortable double bed, two bedside cabinets, a table, an easy chair and a huge wardrobe. There was no chest of drawers or air-conditioning, but free wi-fi. Breakfast was fairly basic and was served, but varied from day to day. All the staff I met were very friendly, though their English was limited.

Reviewed By PabloV2274Engañosos como para no confiar hoy con un amigo estuvimos físicamente y nos dijeron no tener habitación Luego por aplicación si , Volvimos y nos ofrecieron habitación más barata que aplicación pero cuando vieron que era persona que le habían dicho que no había antes La persona encargada fue muy despectiva . Una lástima me cobraban 60.000 una habitación doble pero con baño compartido. Pero sentimos esa mala onda horrible porque nos dijo que mejor buscáramos en otro lado le pedimos recomendación de algo y no sabía de nada siendo que si tenia habitaciones Nos fuimos , encontramos alojamiento en hotel cerro Castillo donde nos trataron muy bien y habitación me salió casi lo mismo que ese pequeño hostal y con baño privado y desayuno. Y muchas más ventajas Así que creo fue mejor el mal trato de parte de hostal my house que de eso parece carece

Reviewed By Guillermo GEs un hostel sencillo, económico para el que no quiere gastar mucho o va corto de presupuesto, no es 5 estrellas pero tiene lo básico, la atención de los chicos es buenísima, en mí caso la habitación tenía baño, es más bien estilo rústico, está ubicado en pleno centro y cerca de todo, es lo más rescatable. A personas chuchis no se lo recomiendo pero a parejas o familias sencillas sí.

Best Hostel in Vina del Mar - Chile A place to relax and make friends. Big Old and renewed house, just blocks away from the beach and minutes away from the center of the city, in a residencial neighborhood!

Reviewed By tonjaj34We spent 2 nights in this great hostel with my sister and couldnt recommend it more! Still miss this place! The rooms were good with big lockers (not big enough for a big backpack but for a small one yes). Beds really comfy. The outside area is huge and many places to chill out. The staff was super cool and we met a lot of good people, special thanks to Carlos who was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was toast, two types of cereal, eggs and fruits. I would recommend this hostel more for people who want to go out and meet people than for visitors looking for quiet place and stay in the room. Its like 7 min walk from the metro station btw.

Reviewed By HullSara18The place it self was not like a hostal, it was more like house. There was only 1 other group staying at the same time as us so we practically had the place to ourselves. Very clean, bedrooms were comfortable. 2 bathrooms to choose from, again very clean. Cleaner was in every day. Kitchen quite big with fridge and oven plus a terrace. Only downside was this place is very hard to find as there is on sign outside just a number. Good Value and walking distance to the centre.

Reviewed By annemaconeMy friends and I had the best meal and the best service at Casa Del Mar! It was my friend’s birthday and they brought her out cake. Everything was perfect. The atmosphere was incredible and the servers were so friendly and helpful!! We had the best time! 10/10 recommend
