The most amazing part of it is that the staff here are very kind and willing to help you with everything. Once I left my shoes there, they still kept and look after them so well. I highly recommend you guys to stay at the hostel! I guarantee you will fall in love with this place like I do <3

Great Hostel, Great Location

The location was AWESOME, the rooms/beds were comfy, the people working at the hostel were super kind and helpful. I for sure would stay there again!

Reviewed By ItumiiGood place for cheap, really tidy, cleaner comes every day and changes sheets etc. And towels. Air confition is great, fridge in room and lots of tv channels to browse. Downstairs is a common area with table games and hot water + microvawe.

Nice Stay
Reviewed By MichellendudleyMy friends and I had a great stay here at the Hip Hostel. We stayed over a week and the rooms were cleaned every day and we loved having a/c in our room, and the staff was super nice and friendly. If you are looking for a place to salary in budget, I would come here again.

Booked a private double room with shared bathroom but we in fact had a ensuite, even better! I think the company my need to look into how this is advertised as that might have put some people off. ?

Reviewed By gvdimaSpotless. Looks new. Good quality everything. Spacoius and colorful bathroom and toilets. Well equipped kitchen. Large and nicely decorated social area incl terrace. Staff allowed me not to guarantee in cash for the key, as i had no money left. There are 2 desktop computers for the use of guests. Next door massage and cafeteria/ patio/restaurant. Street food close, 7 eleven, Tesco, Family mart. Perfect for airport purposes (5 min walk), beach 15 min walk. Small details, mainly personal preferences related. Hard pillow or maybe I was stiff after carried my backpack about 2 hrs before the hostel. A C was fixed on 25C, since it was a short rain the humidity increased and 25 C did not helped. Turned on 23C and was fine after one hour.

Disappointing
Reviewed By Work_to_WanderWe stayed here for one night then moved hostels. I have stayed at many locations in SEAsia, and sadly this was one of my more disappointing experiences. On hostel word it clearly states in two locations they accept credit cards, upon arrival we were told cash only. The WiFi did not work, and the front desk receptionist did not attempt to help us in any way, and would put her ear buds in and ignore us if we tried to ask questions. (Side note: WiFi started working a few hours after our arrival). Our room was not labeled so we had to try different doors with our key on our floor. The room appeared clean at first, but upon closer inspection we noticed mold all over the wall next to the bed, and a large hole in the wall. The bathroom once again had lots of mold on the walls. We fell asleep and were quickly woken by loud music, then cats and dogs for the remainder of the night. Very noisy, even with ear plugs. On the plus side the air con was very cold.

myPatong Boutique GuestHouse - Hostel is a newly renovated friendly accommodation that caters for all kind of clientele, 'party' people - young generation plus families, couples and youngster groups. Phuket's main 'attraction' the notorious Bangla street is just steps away, less than 50 metres or 1 min walk. Jungceylon and Central mall are in proximity along with several shops, restaurants, convenient shops ands bars. Patong Beach is 9 min walk and the best beach in Phuket (called 'Freedom Beach') is just 10 min drive. The yellow, orange, blue fresh painted building called myPatong is the best spot if you plan a visit in Patong, just crawling distance from Bangla street :)

Reviewed By 882cyriellepThe room was really good, I had the pink one, it's lovely. I loved the different colors on the walls in the guesthouse. The room was clean, the AC worked well. The location is very convenient, close to the main road but still quiet. And the owner is really nice and helpful!

Reviewed By Kristin_HosenI loved my stay here! The room was huge and even had a small balcony. The bed was big and comfortable, everything was clean, and the air con got cold really fast! The mini fridge in the room was also nice, to chill the provided water, and keep leftovers. The location in Phuket town is perfect, just a short walk from the downtown shopping streets, cafes, and restaurants. Numerous tour operators are also nearby if you want to go for a day trip. The staff were very friendly, I didn’t need to speak with them much, but whenever I approached the desk I was greeted with a smile and a helpful attitude. I really enjoyed coming back to this comfy place during my stay in Phuket. I would definitely return.

Reviewed By Anjali OA great stay, I stayed here as a solo traveler in the dorm. The room was clean, large locker space, and cleaning services. The wifi is fast and reliable. The bathroom is nice, shower with good water pressure/heat and ample space. The location is great. There's an elevator, and dorm rooms on 4th and 5th floors. There is a small table/sitting area, and a small french balcony. There's 2 hangers for clothing and racks for drying wet things. They have a luggage room. During my stay, it was very quiet. Towel, water, shampoo, shower gel, were all provided. Tea/coffee and laundry machine not provided.
