The history of the Sagadi manorial estate dates back more than 500 years. Today, the former granaries, stables, dairy house, carriage house, cow barns, and other buildings have new functions. Sagadi is the site of a forest museum, a manor museum, a nature school, a hotel, and a restaurant. The Sagadi manor complex is an architectural monument of national importance, and it is rare due to its completeness. The Sagadi hotel is located due east from the bell tower that has become the symbol of the manorial estate, in the historic circular stables building. The hotel has 28 comfortable and cosy guest rooms. The manorial estate has also a 35-bed hostel on the grounds for the guests opting for more modest accommodation. The hostel can also be efficiently used as a venue for various social events.
We stayed in this hotel for the weekend and enjoyed the visit a lot. We had a spacious room on the 1st floor, with a small terrace facing the inner yard. Clean, fresh air indoors, practical slide door closet. Excellent shower and comfy (not too soft) bed. Evening sun shines to room windows and terrace, but luckily room has blackout shades that prevent the room from becoming too warm. Note! Hotel organizes several activities. We participated in ”The Charms and Troubles of a Vodka-cellar”. We had an excellent guide Anne, who guided us through history of vodka in Sagadi/Estonia. Tasting included! Warm recommendation!

The Sae Hostel is a perfect place for a family holiday. There is a pleasant playground for children along with trampolines and sandpits in the yard. In the evening it is good to relax in sauna that is located directly by the river.
We stayed in a cottage with 2 couples. Therefore can't comment much about the hostel rooms in the main house, but the cottage was really nice. The facilities like shower and kitchen were still in the main house, but it was a 50 meter walk and this was no problem. It was in the middle of the forest, right next to the nature trail, so exactly what we were looking for - a getaway from the city.

Having a cup of coffee is not a good basis for writing a review. But, since 2004, I've been visiting my Estonian in-laws who live in Kadapiku. There has always been a dearth of places in the locality offering a place to read, have tea or coffee and something to eat and even a place to sleep. Rakvere town centre at 18kms is sufficiently far to go for a coffee. I suspect that over the next 12-18 months we'll be using all the amenities offered by Tristvere Maja.

The holiday centre located in Võsu provides an excellent opportunity organize larger gatherings – seminars, camps, company summer and winter days, Christmas events, etc. Individual guests are also welcome, who have the use of a bonfire site, volleyball court and campgrounds. We are located in a beautiful location in the heart of Võsu.
In 1903 Jaan Kulp built a two-story building of cedar log, which was used as a schoolhouse in Tapa until 1944. After a fire in 1966, we opened the Kulbi Guesthouse in this building in 1998. The house has pleasant stove-heated rooms, in which electrical heat can be added if necessary.
Holiday house is located in naturally beautiful place. Nearby there are rich berry and mushroom forests. There's possibility to carry out sporting and vacation camps. In summer we offer You bicycle-, running- and hiking tracks. We also arrange orientating competitions. In winter You can ski and ice-skate or try downhill skiing on our slalom slope.
