Hôtel un peu éloigné du centre a mon goût mais très calme malgré l’avenue principale (avantage le bus d’erawan vous prend devant l’hôtel ) Merci encore

Reviewed By AndyG800Cars parked literally a few feet from your room which is incredibly basic. Internet is slow to not working and the breakfast' is a complete joke even by Thailand's lowly standards. Cheap yes - but give it a miss even for the low price that you'll be offered.

The new hostel which decorated in modern tropical style. sets in the center of Kanchanaburi city. It’s located near many popular attractions in Kanchanaburi ; the Death Railway, the River Kwai Bridge, the War cemetery and museum of World War II etc. There are plenty of options for transport, food, restaurants and bars around, including 7-eleven, grocery shops, pharmacies, laundry and massage.

Reviewed By katyhh21Loved staying here at the Wee Hostel, the staff are so kind and helpful. Stayed in an 8 bed dorm which was clean and showers nice and hot. Perfect location for restaurants and bars! Can't recommend it enough!

Reviewed By sunshineswift13We booked a private room for a 3 night stay in this hostel for a trip to Kanchanaburi as part of a 5 month travelling journey around the world. It is most definitely one of the nicest hostels (if not THE nicest) that we have stayed in! It is brand new and everything inside reflects this. The room was absolutely spotless, the bed was clean and we were given fresh towels on arrival. When we came into the room we had two complementary bottles of water, which were replenished every day free of charge. So helpful when it’s 42°C outside! The beds were so clean and so comfy and the air con in the room was amazing, so lovely and cool. There’s a drying rack in the room for wet swimmers and towels, along with three lockers to lock away valuables. The bathrooms were cleaned every day without fail and were again, totally spotless. There are two toilets and two showers. This really felt like a hotel more than a hostel because it was just so nice, and we couldn’t believe how lucky we had been for the price. The staff were so friendly and kind, and nothing was ever too much! We took our laundry to a launderette next door and when we came back with the wet laundry, the staff were more than helpful with assisting us and finding us a place out the back of the hostel where we could hang it all outside to dry to save drying it in our rooms. The receptionist (I didn’t catch his name) was really helpful and answered any questions we had about the local area. The other female staff member was also so helpful, and assisted us in calling taxi’s to and from the hostel. It’s in a fantastic location, about a 5 minute drive to the bridge on the River Kwai and Jeath War Museum (we paid 80BHT in a taxi) and its walking distance from the Death Railway Museum and Cemetery. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants close by, but also nice and quiet in the evening for those who want to get a good nights sleep! I cannot recommend this hostel enough! I would stay here again in a heart beat - thank you!

Reviewed By NeungTipReceptionist is the best! Hostel is quite small but in room is clean. You will get breakfast in the morning like a fried rice, frest fruit, and coffee or tea. This place is near the bus station around 2 minute. And clase the night market too!.

Reviewed By rahwa_elsaThe location of the hostel is really great- near the river Kwai (beautiful view!) Awesome to take your breakfast while seeing this landcape. Better to rent a scooter to go around (you would need 20-30 minutes walk to reach the main street with bars and restaurants) You can rent it there as well (300 bath - 24hours) Would be better if some activities were organize with the people of the hostel- to add some good and friendly vibes to the place. Pretty quiet. We would recommend this hostel for people looking to stay in a calm environnement.

We have 4 aircon bedrooms, a bar and Thai restaurant. There are are 3 wetrooms/bathrooms (one with hot water). One room is a 4 bed dorm, one is a family room and two are double rooms. We are relaxed about checking in and out and our mission is to serve you with a smile and give you excellent accommodation, food and drinks so you want to come back next time!

Reviewed By Yo_DennisThis was pretty much my favorite place during my Thailand trip. Noot's place is a basic guesthouse/hostel for budget travellers. Not fancy at all, but clean and very charming. Well located in the main tourist street with the bridge in ~20-30 min walking distance. The highlight is the owner herself. She is a lovely and caring person, who creates a welcoming, social and funny atmosphere. She prepares great Thai food, also vegeterian versions on request, and also helps with planning day trips. If you look for simple accommodation and nice people around you, Noot's is an excellent address! If I come back to Kanchanaburi, I will definitely chose Noot's again!

Exactly what you want
Reviewed By Tom HMe and my girlfriend stayed here as it is 15mins walk to the Bridge on the River Kwai and not far from town. The hostel staff are the best we’ve had in SE Asia. They offered free lifts to the bus stops/station and have more than enough info on all the touristy side of visiting. Their cats are super cute and just want love, which of course made the stay that but better. Breakfast was decent and a solid start to the day. Must try the restaurant next door too, the owner their (Kay) was a superstar, with great food and a better personality. All round I couldn’t recommend this place more to anyone seeing Kanchanaburi. Don’t be put off by the lack of reviews, this place is new and already a gem.

La ubicación es un punto positivo incuestionable, y la limpieza del hostal es fantástica - most likely due to the limited capacity of which there are a total of cinco literas en el primer piso, above the tiny ground floor recepción and comedor. Everything is clean and visitantes are expected to contribute towards maintaining this by cleaning up after themselves. The single stair well - despite being set en un ángulo escarpado - is just fine if you’re ágil and fleet footed, y hay armarios en la planta baja if you’re travelling reasonably, ie. carrying a 50-60 litro mochila or less. Two toilet cubículos with hygienic bum guns y dos duchas separadas son adyacentes a la cocina. Puede usar la lavadora por un precio justo. Absolutely uno de los mejores lugares I’ve stayed at. Thankfully this isn’t a party hostal; more a place for relajación tranquila, pulcritud y sleep.
