We used Bukap Travels twice during our visit to Santa Marta and would highly recommend them to others. Diva guided us through Tayrona, we were impressed with her knowledge of the area and she kept a good pace for us to follow. If you go on the Tayrona your, bring small bills or change so you can purchase popsicles along the way. Juan Carlos drove us to our hotel and Cartagena which allowed us to learn more about the area and unwind. We enjoyed the embedded history lessons throughout the drive. During our travels, some areas were blocked off and Juan Carlos handled everything seamlessly. We made it to our destination safely and on time.

I recently moved to Santa Marta with my wife where we can enjoy the beautiful Sierra Nevada and what it has to offer. Going up the sierra nevada to minca to this antique coffee farm in the middle of the jungle is an amazing experience as well as visiting the local beer brewery at the farm whose secret is the water from the Sierra Mountain. LOCALS DO IT BETTER

What an amazing trip. The crew was so much fun and informative. Luis and Jason spoke excellent English which made the trip so much easier. The beaches and landscaping are incredible. Lunch was cooked right on the boat so it doesn’t get any more fresh than that. I enjoyed the trip so much and had to take another trip 2 days later and will be taking another trip next week. This boat and crew is a “must do” while in Santa Marta

We did a hike to beautiful waterfall in Minca. At the waterfall we were able to swim in pristine cold water to cool down. The scenery was spectacular...the hike also included stop along the way at a coffee farm for a coffee discussion and tasting. After the waterfall we stopped at “Jungle Joes” hostel which Included a Cacao tasting and discussion. “Jungle Joes” cook an absolutely delicious gourmet lunch which is as good a meal as we have had in the 1.5years that we have been living in Colombia. Coordinating logistics and planning our excursion was great with this tour company....They were always extremely responsive.
