On the banks of the lovely Elbe River, the German city of Dresden is lush and green, filled with forests and gardens and parks. The city is rich with cultural and artistic history; the great operatic composer Wilhelm Wagner debuted a number of works here in the 1800s and, today, an independent light opera company keeps the classical art form modern and fresh. Culture vultures will love the Gemäldegalerie Alte Meister and Grünes Gewölbe museums, and architecture buffs will salivate over the mélange of styles reflected in the cityscape.

We went on this tour on Tuesday 25th August. We were picked up by Honza and had the whole tour to ourselves. The trip from start to finish was brilliant. Honza was an excellent tour guide, very friendly and chatty :) The tour itself is breath taking and very much worth the money. This is an experience of a life time and everyone should do it. Highly recommend doing it with Bohemia Adventures as to try and do it solo would be extremely challenging. The lunch was absolutely delicious and the staff in restaurant are very friendly. The restaurant itself is extremley unique and lovely decorated inside. The boat trip was very fun and very different. The tour guide on the boat spoke Czech so Honza kindly translated it and added in his humour. I would highly recommend this company and the trip as it was the best trip we have done in a very long time. Thank you for such a great day with amazing memories and photos!

Third Reich Tour in Dresden provides an insight to how the Nazis came to power and sustained it to the bitter end against the backdrop of events in Dresden. As the capital of the richest and most densely populated region of Germany at that time, and one of the cultural centres of the Reich, Dresden was in the centre of attention of the regime. Since the tour also covers the major landmarks of the historic city of Dresden it can be the perfect choice for those who who want to see the city centre, but also have an interest in this special topic. The tour is led by a local guide who is not of German origin. This made her ask questions and dig deep in order to understand the events that took place in this turbulent time. The tour content arose out of these years of personal enquiry and interest in the subject. As this is a private tour, it can be customized and personalized according to your wishes.
Inclusions: A well researched tour with a guide who is passionate and informed about the subject., The information is customized and delivered in an engaging and interesting manner.

Wonderful walking tour of Dresden with Seema! She was very knowledgeable and not only answered all of our questions, but offered lots of related info. We expected a group tour, but we were the only ones who showed up, and it was great to have the “private” tour with Seema. What a wonderful city!

You will go through the main sights of AltStadt in 2h. Our guide showed us the main sights of Altstadt. She was British and spoke slowly enough for a group of many different Nationalities to understand. The atmosphere of this tour was highly relaxed and she made us feel welcomed. We really enjoyed learning about History of Dresden and our guide made History alive through little stories that she told (my wife described as “gossip”) and she was highly knowledgeable: when we asked two questions off-piste about the significance of artefacts et the colour of buildings, she told us two more stories! The tour lasted 2h but we did not see the time pass! Highly recommended.

I'm very happy with the tour! despite of the covid situation and that I was the only one on the tour they made a great effort to make it happen, they could have cancelled but they didn't. I had an amazing time with my guide Sofia, she has very good english skills and LOT of knowledge about the city. Although we were not able to take the cruise because of covid I'm very happy with the tour, I had a great time and learned a lot about the city. 100% recommended.

The sight is easy to find and one can walk all around it it, under it and as such you are able to take a million photos for your collection. Note around the back of the embassy is the Jewish memorial which is worth a look whilst you are there.

Hands down just amazing!!! From the moment I booked the communication with the Tour company was outstanding. Peter(the driver) picked me up at the airport and we drove to meet Kevin (the tour guide) at the castle. They both took the time to answer all my questions and explained the rich history of Prague. The tour was truly tailored for me (including the bathroom runs ????). I 100% recommend Kevin and Peter. I was able to see alot in the little time I had available. So if you have limited time this is the way to go. One last thing as a solo female traveler safety is always a concern of mine, I felt safe at all times. P.S. Viator. Peter and Kevin are a power team!

If I could give negative rating I would. The tour suppose to be in English, but somehow another party was added with French. No information, no history, hard to understand (maybe French part was better). After 3 hours of struggle we quit, not worth the money paid.
