Wild Zoological Park is located at Halfpenny Green Vineyards in Bobbington. We aim to deliver a once in a lifetime, memorable, hands on experience to educate guests about animals. Animals from around the world can be found in each of our 5 themed lands. Reptiles Unleashed, Wild Australia, Amazon, Asia and Africa. Demonstrations and hands on experiences are available each day.
I have never seen such a spectacular display before at any Zoo. The wild flight bird display is a real highlight. It is so good to see such majestic and incredible birds flying free (bald eagle, Great Grey Owl, Milky Eagle Owl, barn owls, maribu stork, black Kites, Brahminy kite, white storks, pelicans, crowned cranes, white-backed vultures, turkey vulture, and a variety of macaws). It is the fourth time I have visited, I always leave wanting more and the display has been different each time. The conservation element comes across very strongly and Wild plays an important role in getting children to care about conservation and animals as well as taking part in breeding programs. I have a degree in Zoology and teach biology and this is the real deal. My four year old was blown away - again and loved walking amongst lemurs too. It isn’t a whole day thing - but it will full three hours nicely, more if you bring a picnic. Look forward to my next visit!

Clockwork Escapes is the premiere Escape Room attraction in Wolverhampton, a unique challenge with true character. Each of the themed locked rooms within is a race against the clock to escape. But they're also more than that. At Clockwork Escapes, you will aid the proprietor, the exuberant Professor Clockwork, in achieving one of a number of tasks whilst in the room of your choosing.
I've been to several escape rooms across the country, and this one is by far the most asmospheric and imaginative. There are several rooms with different difficulties to choose from. The Professor is there to assist you and make you feel "at home" We did a room called "Sanctum" which I believe is one of the harder rooms to choose from. It was lots of fun with challenging puzzles. A great time and we shall be back!

The Bratch is the perfect spot for a family afternoon of exploring canalside history and local wildlife. Take a walk along the towpath and admire the historic bridge and pumping station, or spot the locks, originally built as a staircase! Follow the exciting bat trail, and be sure to keep an eye out for some unusual canal wildlife. If you look carefully you might even spot an otter!
our discovery of this little gem was great it was teeming with feathered friends including a heron.the canal was comfortable to walk alongside and there is a man there who will help you well worth a walk if you can... there is a limited parking space and close by a lovely old train station cafe well worth it all round

Pendeford Mill Nature Reserve dates back to the 13th Century and provides a stable and protected habitat for wildlife. There is access seven days a week (see opening/closing times) As the seasons change you can find a wide range of diverse habitats to explore at the reserve at each visit. Guided walks and educational visits are available throughout the year, please call us for details. Also public open days. Due to the sensitive environmental nature of the site, please note that whilst we welcome humans with well behaved dogs, they must not be allowed off-lead.
WOW! I absolutely LOVED it here! I had absolutely no idea that this was right on my doorstep! It's absolutely beautiful! It's so wonderful just to get back to nature and to let yourself be free and explore. You can hear the road in the distance at some points but the further you go in, that sound is largely taken over by birdsong. You could be absolutely anywhere and escape into your imagination! I'd never been here before and I didn't know what I would discover around the next bend! I'm certain that you would discover something new every single time and that it would constantly change with the passing seasons. I only saw 3 other people during my visit, one of whom was the on-site ranger maintaining the trees. Other than that, I was entirely on my own for hours. I walked here from my house but if you do have a car, there's a free car park and there are toilets on site too. I can't believe that this place is here and that it's entirely free! There is a donation box near the entrance but sadly I didn't have any money on me on this occasion. I'll definitely be donating some next time though! Now that I've discovered this place, I'm going to be returning time and time again! Long may Pendeford Nature Reserve stay open! It's truly a hidden gem and it allows you to completely escape from the world for a few hours, which is much needed in these uncertain and stressful times.
