This place is incredible for both mental and physical health with the least impact on you wallet. I've been going routinely since Summer 2020. Try a float and a massage and you'll feel great! Floating lets you check out of everything for a while (sensory deprivation tanks while floating in magnesium sulfate / epsom salt). They also have a salt room and infrared sauna which are great too, but there are even more services. The best part of this particular place is the massage therapy available which includes all kinds of modalities from both hands and feet (Ashiatsu, Thai, etc.). The experience is much more personal than the massage chains, and in an art-filled environment (a nice escape from looking at your phone). Even better, the pricing can't be beat in town especially given the quality of service from both the staff and therapists. On top of all that, Float has THE BEST Ashiatsu massage therapists in town for those that like deep tissue with a non-"pokey", broader pressure type of massage delivered by the therapist's feet (yes, they sanitize their feet before starting). Finally, the staff at Float keep the facility very well maintained and clean and are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. The owners are doing an awesome job running the place! Keep doing what you are doing! Check out their website and call them for more information. If you get voicemail, leave a message and they'll call you back.
