Bonnieheath balances an authentic agricultural experience with the sophistication and class of an estate winery. Enjoy a glass of wine or hard cider as you explore our expansive grounds, where vineyards, orchards, prairie grasses, lavender fields and a natural wetland await you.
We went on a Saturday in July so I was worried it would be super crowded. We were pleasantly surprised that there were very few people there! With COVID restrictions you could still do a wine and cider tasting. We ended up buying some of each. We had brought a picnic lunch and a blanket, and sat amongst the lavender and enjoyed it. All you could hear were the bees buzzing! No traffic sounds, very peaceful. We walked on their path around the vineyard as well. Beautiful property!

AN AUTHENTIC TRIP BACK IN TIME!!! Over an acre of antiques, uniques and collectibles curated in the historic Howey Hardware Building (Est. 1913). Original tin ceilings, scores of drawers and old oiled hardwood floors. 30+ vintage vendors in the multi-vendor market.
This place was absolutely a visual delight. The old hardware store had been repurposed into an antique store - using all of the old furniture, shelves, rooms etc. It was a delight to look through. Things were organized well, sorted into clusters of similar items. Well marked out, decent prices, lots of space - no claustrophobic feelings. A real treasure to see!

We were pleasantly surprised with New Limburg Brewing. We had heard great things for a couple years and had been meaning to go for so long. Finally making reservations and going was a great decision! I recommend making rezzies, cause they get very busy. For good reason as well! This place is the perfect example as to why Belgian-style beer is some of the best in the world! We have been to New Limburg twice in the last 3 weeks now and have not had a bad beer yet! All of their beer is foamy and creamy, with distinct flavours, even if it has a light crisp taste. My favorite is the Tripel, which is a very thick and creamy, citrusy tasting beer at 9%, so very strong! There are light notes of caramel in it as well, and I have never tasted anything like it in my life! Their Wit beer is also good: nice and light, as is the Grisette, and the Belgian Blond. They have a couple sour beers that are available to buy in bottles too and we took some home to have. They were also very good! They carry beer from Meuse, which is nearby, but not open for tastings yet, and the Cherry can not be beat! It is a must-try! Next time we visit we will try to have some food as we havent tried it yet. The staff here are very friendly, and pretty knowledgeable about their beer. The setting is cool, located in an old school. Their patio is out back on a volley ball court in the sand. It was really cool to be able to take off our shoes and dig our toes in the sand on a hot day with a refreshing beer. We could almost close our eyes and pretend we were on the beach! Bring a mask with you when you come because it is mandatory ti wear when you walk through the building and to your seats.
