The largest timber wooden church in Europe with a spectacular Baroque style interior, beautiful painted ceilings (parts of the upper ranks have been in renovation back then). It is a beat off the beaten path, but if you have a car it is not that far away from Wroclaw which is a nice place to stop as well.

A 19th century neo-Gothic castle, designed by the renowned architect Karl Friedrich Schinkel for the princess Marianne von Oranien-Nassau.
Discovered by chance while browsing the net for places worth visiting nearby Klodzko (great website btw). Palace buiding by well known architect Karl Schinkel. Beautiful terraced garden. Absolutely stunning panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony (and from one of the towers which as our guide assured us will be open to public in short 3 years). Beautiful even in bad weather. And that is only an addition to the affairs of the court and les affairs de cour of original owner princess Marianne of Orange Nassau. Due to heavy destruction and plundering almost in ruins from 1940s to early XXI centaury. Still in renovation but impressive what was achieved in 5 years. True that inside rather bare but that lets imagination run wild and multimedia exhibition is available. Spot not to miss when in Klodzko or even Wroclaw (1 hour drive, decent road). Money well spent.

My friend brought me here whilst I was staying with her and I am so glad she did. The entrance is situated in the middle of nowhere, only accessible by motor vehicle. There is a visitor's centre with a cafe and a ticket office. There is then a short walk up to the tunnel entrance, down a wooded boulevard. The tunnels are quite extensive and really impressive considering they were dug by hand. The tour guides were really enthusiastic and very knowledgeable and quite witty. If you are doing the tour then I recommend doing the "extreme tour"...it isn't that extreme but it is a lot of fun and makes it even more interesting. The whole place is was part of the Project Reise and is still a big mystery, a sense of wonder and awe, combined with a deep sense of tragedy and foreboding. I would recommend this for anyone in the area to visit.
