Beautiful place worth visiting. We got there from the top, there is a parking and little caffe. Signs are all in greek, so don’t get confused when you get there. Find the stairs that go down and follow them. Waterfall is not very far away! You will hear the water. Rocks, little waterfalls, I really loved it all. We climed and walked all over. Some people were swimming in the pond, but it’s very small and it’s more fun to clime around.

The place where the bridge is built, is the narrowest point of the channel, and the water current can reach the speed of 15km (9 miles) per hour! It is really interesting to watch the reversion of flow direction that happens about every 6 hours. The exact time of reversion is determined by the position of the moon.

We visited this beach in June it is a hidden gem! Crystal clear waters, a beautiful swimming spot and that is very private and quiet. You can only access this beach by using a four-wheel-drive as the road is quite rugged and steep. if you can get there would highly recommend as a day trip!
