I’ve been going to Work It studio for over 4 years. So there are endless things to say. All of the nice words that have been written on the reviews about this place are so true! I am the person who can’t stay or gets satisfied with a routinary life but somehow in my situation now, I felt stuck in some areas of my life but going to Work It made it different, fun and adventurous so they became one of my constants. It’s not only the workout (technical part) I love about this place, it’s the camaraderie between students and teachers (especially for every competition, it’s so amazing how they support each other), the teachers/instructors, the way they teach, it shows how they really care for you, especially our pole mom and dad (amazing and awesome owners & instructors). They listen to you, whatever your concern is and they try to do something about it. Like the morning classes they added on week days which really worked for me. They want you to be at your best (strong, healthy and confident). They are not there for money. So, they became my family. There were times I am absent for a while but still keep on coming back. With what we (the whole world) are experiencing right now, amidst all the chaos brought us by the global CoronaVirus pandemic, they still think about us. So to fight the boredom of being locked down and keep us healthy and strong while we stay at home, they offered these virtual classes. The same as regular classes they teach. It is as fun as being in the studio. It feels like there’s a real interaction between the students and the instructors. Plus it is more flexible time-wise since we all can do it anytime we want if in case we missed it or how many times we want to since you can see the post after the live. So being in touch with them and being able to still do some of my normal activities before the lockdown happened, makes me feel normal and alive. Helps with my sanity???? Sorry my longest review ever! What happens when you’re locked down.
