What to Expect from Your CrossFit Gym The founders of CrossFit Lighthouse wanted to create an environment where people from all walks of life and all levels of fitness would have equal access to a CrossFit gym. That meant designing CrossFit workouts that would be fun, challenging and extremely effective for everyone from the first-time gym member to the lifetime athlete.
Intelligent Fitness is Long Island's original Fitness Boutique. Our 3,000sq foot studio offers Personal Training and a variety of original class compositions, such as Indoor Cycling, TRX Suspension Training, and signature classes, like Strong-n-Firm. Most classes are designed to coach 10-15 people, which creates a non-intimidating environment and allows for more individualized attention from instructors. In this setting, we are able to correct one's form and mechanical execution of exercise and customize each workout for members. Intelligent Fitness is privately-owned and family-operated, provides personalized direction and attention, and the company's core value and philosophy is, "One body at a time."
