The charming Vietnamese capital has aged well, preserving the Old Quarter, monuments and colonial architecture, while making room for modern developments alongside. Hanoi may have shrugged off several former names, including Thang Long, or "ascending dragon," but it hasn't forgotten its past, as sites such as Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and Hoa Lo Prison attest. Lakes, parks, shady boulevards and more than 600 temples and pagodas add to the appeal of this city, which is easily explored by taxi.

Facilitating clients in Hanoi for nearly a decade, the A-Roaming Bodyworker integrates a variety of healing modalities to facilitate well-being. She offers her clients individualized, holistic experiences that restore harmony and nurture the soul. Modalities such as Craniosacral Therapy, Jin Shin Jyutsu® and Reiki are used to allow deep transformations to take place. These therapies are subtle yet deep, and access not only the structural level of the body but also impact the mental/emotional levels as well. Trauma resolution work is also done using Holographic Memory Resolution®, which helps to achieve resolution of painful emotions associated with trauma or overwhelm without having to “re-live” such experiences. For those in need of more physical bodywork, deep tissue remedial massage is offered to help relieve stress or to assist with pain or injuries. Prenatal massage is also available.
Karen is an outstanding practitioner who has helped me enormously both physically and emotionally over the course of several years and now virtually as I’ve moved out of Hanoi. Her cranial sacral work was particularly effective and Karen took the time needed to talk through and understand my unique issues. I would whole heartily recommend Karen for any treatment offered. She is extremely skilled and intuitive whilst continually adding to her repertoire by learning additional techniques.

Tucked down an alley and away from busy streets, we offer an opportunity for residents and tourists to escape the noise and chaos of the city. All our classes, which include yoga, Pilates, interval training, spinning, Zumba and more, are conducted in English.

Yakushi Centre does fantastic therapeutic style massages. The reflexology foot massage is excellent, as are the full body massages. Ive tried a few types, including acupressure with oil and hot stone, and all have been great. I love that they insist on quiet (phones on silent and no loud voices) and play soothing music. Value for money and more than a tourist massage here.

A massage that is as unique as you are. This is what you will experience with our signature's "Combination Massage". Whether this is your first massage or you’re a massage aficionado, we invite you to feel the difference. With over 12,000 massages under our belt, we think you’re gonna like us. Our combination massage are two part massages integrating more than one style or massage modality. The first portion includes our foot reflexology technique focusing on the bottom half of the body such as the feet, legs, and calves followed by the back portion. The later half of the back is used to tailor the massage towards your personal preference and specific needs focusing on the neck, shoulders, and lower back. A combination massage is a great choice for someone not as familiar with the difference in massage styles. It can help you discover your preferred massage technique in one quick session or, allow you to enjoy multiple modalities at once.
Excellent service! Amazing staffs! TRE provides a lot of extra services: free sauna, free Jacuzzi... I would highly recommend this spa!

An incredibly authentic Vietnamese experience and one of the best massages we had in our 3+ weeks in Vietnam. None of the staff really speak English but still managed to provide an amazing experience! My masseuse, Hong, was incredible. Would recommend.
